It took ages for the delivery to arrive . No one was interested to give me an update , I had to initiate it myself

Sometimes the skin doesn't need all the bells and whistles of skincare. I purchased G&G's HA5 RICH and aPAD. The former was on backorder/preorder waiting for fresh stock and was worth the weight. It came super quick once was back in stock. I will definitely repurchase from here again.

Prompt delivery and very clear communication from the product team. I was especially surprised and touched when I was sent a free product due to an ongoing long delay on the delivery of a pre-order product. I really appreciate how regularly and promptly I receive emails about my queries. There is a personal feel to the business and the product selection. Be aware that there are a fair amount of products that are pre-order in order to maintain small batch fresh ingredients and order accordingly. I am also a fan of the fact that the website chooses well priced brands and products to make available to Australian customers. I’m happy to continue ordering from The Formula.

The two products I ordered a day apart arrived in the same package - which was great. Items arrived on time and were correct, never had an issue with anything I've ordered. Service is great! Loving the Geek and Gorgeous products.

Fabulous Geek & Gorgeous products at a great price. I have been using this brand for a little while now and it is truly gentle but effective on my rosacea prone skin. The only down about the experience relates to the long delay on the products I had on back order.

Quick postage. However I would like more information than is on the packaging of the 2 products I bought. Is that possible? A fact sheet?

I came across The Formula Skincare when looking for a specific eye cream in Australia. Their site has all brands I hear about in my YT beauty channels (Mostly American) whose links don't often ship to Australia. I am soooo happy The Formula can provide us with these wonderful Korean, Japanese etc beauty products. The ordering was easy as and the delivery process was all good. Thank you.
