Nice product and good results when I had questions about delivery.

I like the cold smoke. I have a dab rig, I am really disappointed that the frozen part gets clogged every time I smoke out of it. I can get 2 dabs tops out of it before the coil gets clogged.

Cool product but took almost 3 weeks to receive.

Holidays delayed receiving no mention of stock issues when i ordered but afterwardsan email. The recycler bong the ash catcher is nice. The steam roller is just a giant freeze pipe with a normal carb🫥.
Customer service had no answers, offered me a discount code future purchases.

Product is excellent. My only issue was that I ordered the item with express shipping for extra cost, which was supposed to be delivered in 2-4 days. The item ended up being back ordered and took several weeks to arrive. Freeze Pipe did not initially communicate the delay or explain the reason until I emailed a few times. Also I would have expected them to refund the expedited shipping fee but it wasn't and I'm not going to demand it. The product itself is great. I will give them a break since this was my first experience with them and hopefully they will improve delivery and communication in the future.

The fact that you are asking for my experience BEFORE I’ve even received any product is beyond my understanding. I’ve received over 10 emails from freeze pipe informing me of future products, and now this survey. It’s been over a month and two weeks and still ZERO products delivered. There were no warnings about the delays before my order so my expectations were the 5-7 business days, as advertised(I even purchased the additional shipping insurance). Then after I emailed customer service I received a reply after my 7th email addressing the delay. High demand over the holidays was the reason given. My only issue was had I’d known it would take almost 6 weeks to receive the products ordered I would have bought them from my local smoke shop. Lessons learned. This will be my LAST purchase from your online store. I’m extremely disappointed and this is my first one star review I’ve ever made for any services in my life. And I’m only giving it because I still haven’t received any of my order. So please don’t flood my email box before you actually deliver.

Your shipping and the amount of time it took for it to be shipped out with no response for bout a week made your business feel very sketchy. The product is very nice but the bowl is cheap and mine broke the very first time using it. If it weren't for the prouduct being a very nice to use this woulda been a 1 star review. Change up your shipping and information better and this could well be a 4-5 star.

The shipping was a little delayed and well to be honest annoyed me, because I didn’t receive any correspondence on the delay. But finally received my product and I love it. Only problem I have with it is that the freeze duration isn’t as long as boasted. Over all great pipe. Actually considering more items in the near future.

Ordered my pipe before Christmas, got an email a couple days later, saying that my pipe is on the way if it hasn’t already arrived. Waiting a couple more weeks, went an email asking about my order and they said it was still being processed, and offered me a 15% discount to purchase more items. ( I wonder how long that would have taken)
Sent another email asking for a ETA and they said they did not have one yet.
It took over a month to get the product, product is good, only way to get ahold of customer service is through email and wait for a reply.
Need to offer a phone number for your customers to contact you.

Placed an order with express shipping . Nothing sent after a week of waiting. Contacted them and they said they couldn't find my order and just to wait for it to get processed . I canceled the next day. They only offered 15% discount. Which is just nonsense. Not gonna give this company a dime.

Honestly guys, Thank you from the botttom of my heart, this has been the discovery of what ive been searching and chasing for so long… For the perfect way to smoke. Now, i smoked in all the ways you can even freakin imagine, hot knifes, pshh, that’s daily! Joints, love them! Mastered them, but when i smoke i more than a shouldn’t had, well, i get too high! Now recently tried a crazy bong, first experience and man, i loved how it pulled, made me feel like a gangster with the piece! But that bong got me wayy to f’ed up! Now, hand pipes ive always loved! My ma got me a small classic handpipe and man, did i love that thang! I used to keep it outside my window so that it would get super cold hits, but, no more than 1 ;(. And man, ordered the last model year, took the time and send me a fresh 2024 edition, everything in my life right now lined up to be a perfect time to have such a device! Order was late even though I paid for priority shipping. Customer service got in touch with me after the holidays. Product works great though.

I paid for express shipping and it showed up 3 weeks late. No attempt to refund the additional shipping costs. Just offered me coupons for 10% off. I can find that online and through podcasts. Feels disrespectful and bad customer service. Likely not going to be a returning customer because of this experience

Excellent products, fast deliveries, and great personal follow-up. What’s not to love? The pipe works so well for me as I have asthma and usually cough my brains out and don’t enjoy the smoke as much, but this takes away the harshness. So much more enjoyable! Thanks!

I ordered my Freezepipe on December 19th, with an expected delivery date of 5-7 business days. I was not contacted by customer service until January 9th, and did not receive my product until January 19th. I understand that shipping delays happen, but I found this excessive. I like the product, but found the customer service lacking.
