Great experience! Product is well worth the money and they even promptly replaced the cracked part I received! Would 100% recommend to any friend.

Delivery time and it clogs, hard to clean. The coil is angle so that you can't get a brush in to clean the residue out of it.

Fast service. Great packaging. Pipe breathes fantastically. Doesn't stay frozen long enough, although it's still very cold for a bit. Even so, I love the pipe. Use it everyday. When it's cold, the hits are great, with no coughs.

Nothing on freezepipe but shipping to Canada was horrible. About a month after deliver Fedex sends me $115 bill for shipping i'm assuming due to customs don't know i'm not paying they can come back and pick up the bong and send it back to you guys before I pay that outrageous b/s. I would not have even considered ordering if I knew it was going to be that bad. However I'm enjoying the bong its nice and cool.

This is my 2nd product and to be honest, I’m not impressed. I prefer my 8’ beaker to the freeze pipe as it’s much smoother. The bubbler was cool, but it broke with in 2 weeks. I will not be buying any more products, but I think it’s a great product for the newer less knowledgeable generation.

Wonderful accessory for the freeze pipe. It was a valentines gift to my man, and he really enjoys it.

I got the GBT and it DIDN'T WORK FOR ME!!!!! It did freeze up quickly but didn't last long. Froze it over night and was same. Didn't cool tokes at all.

Cheap build quality along with very unique and not universal pieces. If one thing breaks you have to buy their $80 attachment to resume normal schedule. The bowl attachment I got to replace my bubbler is useless. Air leaks and very harsh hit. After roughly $250 and only 1.5 months of use I’ve given up on this company… over priced along with cheap quality while making you buy from them only.

It does not cool the smoke as much as I thought it would and the removable bowl is hard to clean

This company is a joke. Terrible products with even worse customer service reps. It took 12 business days to deliver and was advertised to arrive in 5 or less It is clear when you talk to them that they've spent a lot of effort into covering their bottoms. Do yourself a favor and steer clear. These are the only people selling this gimmicky trash for a reason.

This is my 3rd freeze pipe purchase. I wont smoke out of anything else. The product is unlike any I have seen before, and truly takes the smoking experience up a level. The shipping can take a little bit if you order during busy season (christmas, or when they have a huge sale). I hate seeing people give this company a bad rating over that. Good things are worth the wait, and this is definitely worth the wait.
