From sales to the actual product quality and performance all the way through to customer service, this company is awesome! I have found a life long company/friend/family member to stand behind, I am so excited to see what they come up with next.

The piece is smooth and gives a fresh refreshing pull, very refreshing. This was my roommates piece and I unfortunely broke the glycerin coal while attempting to clean it. It was quick and easy to purchase a replacement. I didn't need to buy the complete set-up and was able to just purchase the piece I needed. I guess it's a good thing I broke it because I went for the upgrade and grabbed DNA-XL. I'm excited to see the performance!

Awesome product lots of transparency of shipping

I've been buying FreezPipes for almost 5 years now and I don't know if I'll ever not use a glycerin tube again. It just provides another level of smooth that friends are always shocked with.

In regards to the company themselves, they've always been super helpful and kind whenever I have any sort of issues or questions. Gotta love having an involved owner too!

All of the glass is amazing quality.

I stated with the GBT Freedom on a whim. And attached it to my Venty vape with the adapter that came with it, & it worked great!
So I ordered a small coil. The adapter works for that, and it is SO much better! I got a 15% off email and decided to get a bubbler and a middle glycerine coil, and do a 3-stacker on top of the Venty! I love that you can just try a piece then just keep adding to it whenever you want. Free shipping is nice when I forget to include koozies!

The company is great to deal with my coil was defective and they took care of it without any hassle sending me a new one for free. Shipping wasn’t as fast as I thought but the customer service makes up for it the box it came in was dope too

There are no words to describe how completely amazing FreezePipe products are. My recommendation is to HURRY and get the best bong you can afford - no offense to the Steamroller - but bongs are much better and has more of the reason you’re buying - it actually DOES what it claims. I had moderate expectations… until I tried it. If you’re patient, you will not notice that you just took a massive rip until you release the smoke. Rarely do products EXCEED your expectations & I assure you… FreezePipe is one of those products. You will not want to use any other device after using your Beaker Bong Pro. Well I just ordered a pipe. I will tell you more after zI get it. The ordering was ok the website is nice once I got to it more after I get my pipe and smoke one.
Well I got my pipe last week. We have been enjoying it at our 420 smoke breaks. It's so cool and smooth. Differently worth the cost. Smoking a whole lot more enjoyable. Buy people Buy.

The products are great but the customer service and shipping process SUCK!! I paid over $300 for my order and 18 days later I had to call to see what was the deal with te shipment only to be told they will "try" to send it out this week!! Also they hung up on me! It's not hard to box it and send it out. YOU NEED TO DO BETTER!!! Will not order from here again or refer anyone else to either!!

The bong is well made that being said
The wait times was forever
Communication within the company suck ass
The quality of the glass is so trash that the bong can't hit anything even slightly without something breaking its absurd
And the hits only nice for the first 10 mins then you gotta throw it back into the freezer even with the koozie
Atleast for me this product was awful and not worth it at all

Okay, from A-Z here it is:

The freeze pipe is truly a beautiful piece of equipment, sturdy, perfectly crafted and just invites you to touch it and use it. A good weight and a simple functional design (adding to its beauty). All of this packaged in what I wanted, something to take on holiday without the fear of breaking it.

The pipe does take getting use to (which I will explain later) and not entirely as comfortable as the tradition bong. The only removable piece is the bowl, which I appreciate as it means less things to break, less things to lose and less things to worry about – who wants to worry when having some weed?

Firstly for the “not so good” aspects of the freeze pipe:
- the cooling aspect does not last that long when compared to the time in the freezer to really chill the pipe. Suggestion – perhaps 2 designs can be considered, a thicker chamber containing the glycerin or a longer chamber. Like I said, just a suggestion.
- the mouth piece is a little uncomfortable, a slightly bigger mouth piece would have been fantastic.
- in the beginning the grip was a little uncomfortable as well.
- the smoke was most definitely not as cold as I have expected.

Now for the “brilliant” aspects of this beautiful pipe:
- even if the smoke was a little hotter than what I have anticipated, the pipe delivers an extremely smooth hit (yes, the first hit was a killer with a cough but without the burn in your throat, which was what I expected).
- the “hit” was out-of-this-world and did perfect justice to the strain that I used (AK47). And I really mean it when I say the hit was unbelievable and the effect, well, did not take long to kick in and it lasted a really long time.

Okay, so, the final words:
Getting use to the pipe is the first thing but after 2 pipes you will get the hang of it. The reason being, unlike a bong this pipe is completely silent and you do not realise the size of the hit. A bong gives you some indication of what you are inhaling (hearing those bubbles), the pipe – not a sound. Because of the pipe being straight in design the pipe can feel a little uncomfortable (with the much smaller mouth piece) when used the first time. But like I said, once you get use to this (being a bong person) it is not a big issue.

The flavour profile of the cannabis strain is gorgeous (and having a hit one wants to experience everything this beautiful plant gives us) and I cannot wait to try some Tangerine Dream (yes, one of my favourite strains) using the freeze pipe.

The hit comes very fast, and I mean VERY fast. I know when a strain hits as my first “negative” is cotton mouth (not a nice negative but hey...) and it was perhaps 2 minutes and I had to drink a serious amount of H2O – also an indication of the power of the hit, the more water required the stronger the hit (for me anyway). The effect lasts long (this is strain dependant) which I guess is good as the “freeze” unfreezes faster than what I expected. Once you learn to control the size of your hit this little master piece is beyond words. I would love to one day try the bongs (but living in South Africa the $ / ZAR exchange is not in my favour).

Final verdict:
In my opinion, this piece of equipment is truly amazing. Why not 5 stars? Like I have said, the pipe does not stay frozen for too long and the mouth piece (for me) is too small. It is, like I have stated, an amazing pipe and I think if you love your cannabis, this is something to seriously consider.

I like your product and am looking at other pieces but this triple threat advertising is driving me a bit nuts.

Love the design and function of my pipe! The pipe makes it smooth. This pipe is why I went back to flower. I’ve been on edibles cause I am smoke sensitive and this solves it..thank you!
