An old way that's been refined for present times. Even BETTER now I can experience benefits of a Bong through a pipe in the terms of Cooled smoke with little to NO Coughing!!😁. Take the pleasantry Out of Smoking. At 71 need all the outside Help I can get. 👍

I have been buying from Freeze Pipe for a few years now, can't remember when I started, but I've been happy with every piece I've purchased! I swear by them to everyone! To both friends AND family!
I started with The Bong Ultimate (because go big or gtfo right?!) This has been my daily drinker for I don't know how long, and has been with me through a few breakages and replacements, but I love how adaptable it is, being able to turn it into a smaller piece by removing different pieces from it, and i love the ability to add other pieces for a real good time.
The Klein Recycler, was the next piece that I got, diving into the dabs world with it. I'm still opening up to that so it's new to me, but it does a damn good job for me, kicks my ass to the floor, great stuff!
And lastly, I got these two new beauties, literally today (11/16/24); Tornado Bong Pro, and Swiss Perc. Do me a favor, and go to the website to check these babies out, I promise you won't be disappointed, I sure as hell am excited about it, and I have yet to be disappointed! Great company! Great beautiful works of art with their glass!

Terrible customer support. They don’t email, pickup the phone or return calls. Decent product, but if you have to get holding them, don’t count on it. Shipping is horrible, you get it USPS same method no matter if you pay for expedite shipping or not. Don’t waste your money.

Great weight for handling. Easy to clean. Looks a little wacky professor while using, lol.

I love my bubbler pro. The glycerin coil provides a nice smooth hit. The only negative thing I can say about the product is the glass is very fragile. Even when trying to be very cautious with the glass, the smallest tap in the right spot can shatter it. I've just made my 4th order to replace pieces that unfortunately keep breaking..

I’m kinda confused about the low ratings. Perhaps it’s just anecdotal? I own the hand pipe and the beaker bong and they work great! No problems cleaning it or them staying cold. I have recommended to a couple of friends who tried them firsthand. I would buy again.

My little glass bong gave a much smoother smoke than their ice pipe. I reached out to customer service to ask for refund and I was told that if it was used there would be no refund. Do not bother trying it. Unless you don't care about customer service.

I'm a few year customer or close to that. These products work! Simply said! I like the Revolver personally. Now expanding to the next level. I trust this company! When I ordered a replacement Revolver I almost immediately received some emails asking if there was a problem. No. It was my fault, I broke it was my answer. Tapped it on the freezer door on the mouth piece. To have a company who cares that much to ask what happened says it all.

Bought the Klein recycler and loved it. Sadly it broke and when I ordered it the new one I received was off and needed to be replaced. Handled it same day 5/5

Love my bubbler I was so excited and loved using it until.... I was attaching the coil to the bubbler and my coil cracked (at the fitting) for the male to female connection between bubbler and coil.

No I didn't drop it, and no it wasn't damaged by myself in some sort of manner other then I tried attaching my black clip (included) to secure the bubbler to the coil and it just cracked. I feel it was so cold the extreme "pressure" from the clip being secured caused it to crack. Could of been a faulty coil or something, honestly idk. But it did fail and crack. Eventually leading to it just breaking and the end (connection piece) of the coil just fell off.... Soo.... I ordered another because we'll I did actually love it while it worked properly. However if this one fails the same way I won't return until they re design the method of attachment.

Great products. You get what you pay for and these products are quality. Great customer service, as well.

My review is based on the beaker bong. Is the product a little pricey? yes it is but if youre a little b**ch baby like me when it comes to hot smoke coming down your throat and cough crying and blaming it on your acute asthma and you can afford to splurge on this little treat it is worth it. If youre a masochists' and like crying and feeling the pain of your throat go raw or just like really looong smoke sessions I feel like youre not the target audience.

To the people complaining about clogs and it breaking literally just clean it like once a week with some cleaning solution and youre chilling and with breaking make sure that bad boy is mostly dry before you put it back in the freezer.

cleaning wise highly recommend the little rubber cap things (just search bong caps) makes cleaning the glycerin pipe so easy to clean you just pop it on one side of the pipe and pour the cleaning solution in through the other whole then use the cap thing like a plunger to get the solution to run back and forth through the spiral chamber takes like 5- 10 minutes every week and youre a spoiled smoker for the rest of your life. Also if you really wanna ball get a back up pipe and you can rotate them out of the freezer :)

My only complaint would be it lasting an hour seem like a bit of a stretch. works best that first 15-30 minutes. after that its somewhat there still for like another 10 ish and after that it feels like a regular good bong. at least in my experience. but me and my wife will smoke two bowls in like 30 minutes so maybe thats why, regardless we love the product.

Terrible customer service. Order 2 to 3 day shipping. 6 days later, they keep blaming on the ups. Guy not picking up the package. Yeah, I call b******* Also I hear It just clogs. It's a gimmick, don't waste your time if you can even get it shipped.
