Richard and the team are always professional, friendly, and great to deal with. I have been a client since 2018 and will continue to be for many more years.

I have been working with the friendly accountants for almost a year now and they are always extremely helpful, polite and as their name suggests friendly. I have never had may issues with them and they always do their best whenever I have a query. I transferred from a larger firm and they made the process easy and stress free! I highly recommend using their services.

Always prompt, obliging, efficient with a very human approach. Highly recommended.

I have used The Friendly Accountants service for a few years now and have been very satisfied with the personal support direct from Richard as well as expertise shared during this time. I first sought their services relating to Cryptocurrency matters at a time where government guidance was vague at best. I would highly recommend their services to others. It is hugely clear to me that Richard and the team's vast experience in industry is worth paying for.

I have used Richard's services over the last couple of years. This involved some very complicated tax issues. He has always responded promptly, professionally and in a very friendly manner, often going above and beyond the call of duty in order to help.

Richard, Julia and the team at TFA are such an amazing people to work with. I joined The Friendly Accountants in mid 2018 and have been very happy with them ever since. I am not an accounting person, and don't understand a lot of accounting terms, however Julia has been very patient and spent her time walking me through all transactions etc.... Richard, is indeed a very friendly and nice guy to work with. I recently had an urgent issue which required my accountant to deal with ASAP. I marked as "Important" in my email to Richard. Richard got it done and dusted within a day. I was so pleased and happy and am running out of words to express my approval. 
 
I think it’s fair to say that perhaps you only realise just how important an accountant it is when you really need to get things done urgently. I would not hesitate to recommend Richard to all my friends and have decided Richard will be my life long accountant. I genuinely mean this, thank you very much Richard!

TFA first helped me back in 2018 - provided excellent guidance for what might have turned out to be a complex and alarmingly expensive year-end for me. Always available, always prompt and always a very human approach. Yes they covered their fee times over, but more importantly I felt properly looked after without being talked down to.
I hadn't expected to need them again but i didn't hesitate to get back in touch when circumstances changed again.
I do have a choice when it comes to my accountant. And I wouldn't change my decision to stick with TFA.

Sometimes 5 stars just isn't enough! I've been with TFA for a couple of years now and I can't imagine I'd ever look elsewhere for my accounting needs in future. Richard, Lesley and the team are absolutely fantastic, whatever the scale of your accounting needs.

They seem to have managed that almost impossible task of dealing with their customers very efficiently, without losing the human touch. It certainly feels like a friendly family business every time I contact them and I can't recommend them enough. If you're on the look-out for some help with your personal or business accounts, I'd certainly suggest a call to TFA should be at the top of your todo list.

TFA have gone above and beyond for us at AudioMob and they are actually very friendly! They have also provided some genuinely useful additional services, which are always recommended in a timely manner, as well as training and content to help you ramp up. They really are awesome! Highly recommended ( especially for start ups!)

Their tax and accounting knowledge is second to none. They’re proactive in identifying more tax-efficient ways of running your business (I’ve had several calls suggesting how I could structure things more effectively). I also get total peace of mind, knowing I’m fully compliant regarding my responsibilities as a business owner.

A perfect accountancy firm for an ecommerce company like ourselves. Richard and Lesley are a perfect team and their knowledge of all things accounts and tax is absolutely amazing. Nothing is too much trouble for them to answer, they have always made themselves available to chat things through and have always got back to us super-fast. Richard, Lesley and the whole team have been amazing, not only are they all well placed to carry out their work they have always been approachable. I think very highly of both Richard & Lesley and am extremely grateful to them and the team who have always promptly assisted through all aspects of the business. Being from an accounting/ finance background and having worked with a number of accountants I can truly say it is a breath of fresh air to work with an accountant who is open to the business owner’s suggestions in the way these guys are! This is vital in growing your company as it encourages you to think past day to day operations and drill down into the more granular details of the business. From the outset I have always felt comfortable in discussions with the team and will always recommend using them.

I can not recommend the Friendly Accountants enough! They helped us out of a quite a few very sticky situations - including saving me from paying HUGE HMRC penalties on my personal tax, fixing and simplifying our accounts after our previous accountants messed up beyond words and also gave great advice on optimising our affairs for tax purposes! They saved us thousands! I will be forever grateful. They provide a well rounded service including technical accounts but also how to structure your accounts to optimise your tax costs, that is on top of a general great service with fast response times, detailed answers that are easy to understand and proactively providing guidance on specific topics! As COVID started they proactively reached out to check how they could help! Look no further worth every penny!
