Firm is good , eules are clear and i made a payout of 920 dollars but they do not give my new account . I pay 131.7 usdt for 10k instant account but they say , they do not receive usdt but usdt get cut immediately from my wallet. No help from email support. Dear Support Team,
I received the "Sub 2 Minute Trade Removal" adjustment on account #160175. After reviewing the rules available on the dashboard and website, I could not find any rule stating that profits from trades closed in under 2 minutes would be removed from a funded account.
Since this rule was not clearly stated in the rules available to me, I respectfully dispute this adjustment and do not accept the removal of these profits.
Today is my payout day, and this issue is directly affecting my payout. I kindly request that you urgently review my account, reverse the profit removal, and process my payout as soon as possible.
If this rule does exist, please provide the exact link, section, or screenshot showing where it was stated in the official account rules applicable to my account at the time of trading.
I would appreciate an immediate response and resolution today.

Please change your Risk Management Team…

Please change your Risk Management Team and Support Team.

Every Monday, my payout is put on hold with the same explanation that my account is under review by the Risk Management Team. However, I never receive any update, email, or meaningful response regarding the review.

Your support team keeps sending the same generic reply without providing any actual information or timeline. This repeated lack of communication and transparency is extremely frustrating and is causing a loss of trust.

If there is an issue with my account, please communicate it clearly. Otherwise, kindly process my payout without further unnecessary delays.

Payment issue and no response of e-mail

Plz changes ur support team and risk management team..bcz they do not provide proper reply and response of email and My payout Will be stop form privious 3 payout cycle..every Monday I face same problem of payout but I don't get any response.
Please replace your risk management and support team, as they do not provide proper replies on time, nor do they respond at all, and they give the same generic response every payout cycle.
