I am very disappointed with my recent…

I am very disappointed with my recent experience with The Funded Room.

I purchased an Instant Funding $5,000 account (Account ID: 126461) and traded according to the rules. I did not intentionally violate any trading rules or exceed the account limits.

Recently, my account suddenly disappeared from my dashboard without any warning or explanation. When I logged into my account, I could only see the option to purchase a new account, while my funded account was no longer available.

I have contacted support several times from my registered email address ( but I have not received a clear explanation regarding what happened to my account.

I respectfully request that The Funded Room investigate this issue, explain the reason for the account removal, and restore my account if this was a mistake or technical error.

I am ready to provide any additional verification, payment receipt, or account information required.

I hope this matter can be resolved fairly and professionally.

Sir,

After reviewing your account, we can confirm that you had a $5,000 Two-Step Account in the Funded Phase, and it was breached due to a violation of the 3% Per Pair Loss Limit rule.

Under this rule, the maximum loss allowed on a single trading pair in a single day is 3% of your initial account balance, which equals $150.

On June 23, 2026, your total loss on the same trading pair reached $174, which exceeded the permitted limit of $150. As a result, your account was automatically breached in accordance with the firm's risk management rules.

We kindly suggest that you review all of the firm's rules carefully to ensure a clear understanding of the risk limits and account requirements before participating in future challenges.

Thank you

I wanted to provide some honest feedback regarding the platform's current rules. I am a big fan of Mayank Bhai and genuinely want him and The Funded Room to grow and succeed. However, as a professional trader, I feel the current rule structure is highly restrictive.

Having explored other platforms like Lucid, it is evident that they offer a much better environment for execution and scaling. The strict and overlapping rules here unfortunately tie the hands of professional traders, making it almost impossible to trade with proper freedom. Currently, this setup seems tailored only for very small accounts or beginners, not for professionals who need room to manage positions effectively.

If a trader experiences the flexibility of other modern platforms, it becomes very difficult to justify trading here under these constraints. I hope you take this as constructive feedback to improve the rules for serious traders in the future.

Best of luck to Mayank Bhai and the team.

The funded room is giving payout if you follow the rules. However they are giving 75% but on site it is mentioned 80%. Also profit done under 2 minutes are not counted but it is not mentioned anywhere in there rules. Apart from that it is a good prop firm.
