Can no longer access my account. No email support .. auto msg says you need to log in a support tic from their website .. but no such thing. What a scam.

They just shutdown the dashboard, i have no more access to get into my account I’m working on it form 65 days when I’m close to pass the 2nd test they just go away, they disappeared they are god damn fraud, i want my money back, i want to sue them.

I did buy two 50k account, 1st they shift us form mt5 to Match-Trader in 30 days and more, and when we get access again. Now it’s upto 60 days Match-Trader also stop working, support din’t work, they didn’t respond on emails even don’t refund.

I signed up with The Funded Trader hoping for a reliable prop trading experience, but it's been a complete nightmare. For the past three months (since late July 2025), I haven't been able to access my account or open the trading terminal at all. Every login attempt fails with generic error messages, and the dashboard is completely unresponsive—no trades, no balances, nothing.
I've reached out to their support team multiple times via email and live chat, providing all the details they requested (account ID, screenshots, etc.), but I've gotten nothing but automated replies and radio silence. No explanations, no resolutions, no timeline for fixes. It's like they've just ghosted me after taking my evaluation fees. This isn't just frustrating—it's cost me time, money, and potential opportunities in a volatile market.
If you're considering The Funded Trader, steer clear. Their platform reliability is a joke, and customer service is nonexistent when things go wrong. I've wasted months waiting for something that never came, and now I'm out hundreds of dollars with zero recourse. Prop trading should empower traders, not sabotage them. Avoid at all costs!

I tried reaching out to support but they said they only discuss support via their live web chat. The problem is there isn't a live web chat on their website that I could find. I consider the money I paid to purchase the account a loss. Restore the account or refund the money immediately.

I wish i could just give them negative ratings! Big scammers in the market! Their support desk is slower than a tortoise 🐢! Never in a million years gonna recommend this prop firm to anyone.

Communication impossible after my 2 accounts at Voyage Markets were not reacheable anymore, suddenly.

They offered cheap accounts after difficult times. Accounts and money gone (for now).

Buying in this firm is simply waste, their trading platform is voyage traders and that platform never opens😂i wasted my money. They just collect fees and they tell bye bye no need to trade

The Funded Trader (TFT) ceased operations and I was promised my account after a year. Their CEO and Discord talks about doing the right thing and making us (their customers) whole again however whilst I had some small $5k account challenges reimbursed, and I have attended their live CEO discussions (with promises to answer all questions or seek help from their moderators) I suspect most of these are perhaps bots and/or well versed individuals whom respond to you in an infinite loop or ignore your questions/posts beyond surface level responses that lead you to dead ends. Your money once gone - is, in fact GONE!!! I've recorded chats where possible and have a timeline of events. Many just close down help tickets or have so many dropdown options to pre-fill before you can submit your help desk ticket that the barrier to entry (receiving help) is almost impossible. It used to be reasonable to submit a ticket (which gets an automated bot response simulating help - which I can prove over recording different submissions and receiving the verbatim response from an differing named "agent" each time on the help chat. This has now been updated obviously due to the overwhelming number of complaints filed on this chat feature (since WARNING they do NOT have a contact phone number or any other means of submitting a help ticket, including their Discord which directs you back to this one sole method of seeking help, i.e. there is NO help coming if you really need it!) meant they would need you to jump through more hoops to provide technical details (that you as a user do not have available to you even when seeking their various account level detail settings to be provided before they help you) No doubt after posting this someone may reach out publicly all for show, to seem helpful. Also if you pay (which I did many times more) you can get an account immediately, however for months (1 year+ now?) they would not offer anything more. Money talks for this company. I haven't even started on their trading fill tactics too (where I've taken the same trade positions in multiple other competing prop firms where my positions remained in profit/open, whilst TFT position was stopped out for a loss - due to some apparent spike in volatility - which you can't even see on their software). That complaint is for another time too. I have unsubscribed since and suggest you avoid too! I'll list the date of experience as of writing this as since my experiences with this company across multiple years (since 2023) I still have not received anything to date!

They are crap!!! There is not need to write any thing else. Stay away!!

I passed two accounts but this broker is a damn. He didn't make any payments to me. And he blocked my accounts. Please stay away from this broker.

Unfortunately zero stars is not possible. I have not had access to my account and the platform since 02/09/2025 (that's 2nd September 2025). PLEASE, check reddit, Trustpilot and all social media with regards to The Funded Trader. They have not officially announced their demise, but no-one, it would seem, has access to accounts, whether they be Funded Trials or Funded accounts. They have purposefully disabled all forms of communications, as their email support, (which i can't post here)responds that they have moved away from email support, to use the AI bot. The AI Bot says you need to raise a ticket through specific pages that it gives you, as it cannot raise a ticket through the AI bot chat. The specific links on the provided pages have been disabled. Admin and tftsp emails get zero response as well. Now when trying to access the account page, it states, Failed to send access code, which you HAVE TO have to access your account. Now no-one can access anything, as there IS NO SUPPORT. I have drafted a letter to the FBI as they continue to advertise Funded trials, but no-one has access and they have taken my money, as well as many other people's money, to then stop access to what was agreed. Straight up theft! STAY AWAY AND REPORT IF YOU ARE IN THE SAME BOAT!
