They went out of business ....again?

I keep trying but can't get in. Glad I wasn't waiting for a payment.

They look polished and even have team members that are helpful at first but when you commit to a long-term plan, you start having issues with basic service like withdrawing your money. It's been over a month now and they won't send my money. If not for my cousin recommendation all my $375k would have vanished, the agency helped me with my recovery process. Fight for what is yours!!!

they've been backlogged payments over $200k for a few months now. i had $200k funded contracts with them and just as i was about to request a payout of $14k i realized why they were so stagnant... in their discord they made a statement about not being able to pay people out. and its sad because i was in line to put my 2 weeks in at my job lol. lesson learned never out all your eggs in one basket

For about a Month or longer now I have not been able to access my 2nd step account on Match trader, tried reaching out to support/admins but no response at all. Highly unprofessional which is sad, as the accounts, rules, and challenges are solid. Will likely be moving on to another Prop Firm.

As much as I loved them in past , at the moment I even don’t understand is this prop firm still running?! It’s a peace off sh…. Really
1. Have lost my funded account and was given another challenge from stage 1 , after some weird “renovation”
2. New rules added on top ( no news trading) , by the way , it was a reason I have chosen this prop firm
3. No MT5 platform anymore (it was a second reason I have chosen this prop firm)
4. Cant trade at the moment , after they moved to a new “broker” - voyagemarkets or how it’s called - trying to login to trading platforms and service is unavailable, try later . This message I am getting for a couple weeks ish
Wish they gave me my challenge money back (50k account) , and I won’t ever use them again

No longer pay to traders or even active they got my money

They completely disregarded the traders that got shut down in May of last year & never compensated then what’s so ever. They had a system going towards it & then just stopped doing it. I absolutely do not recommend becoming a new customer.

The trading platform has been unavailable for 2 months + now pending a 'migration. Can't access my account nor can I reach customer service, only a chat bot saying they're migrating.

Two years later, I'm looking at the reviews again. To my great surprise, they're pulling the same scam again. They strung me and others along for weeks and didn't pay out our money. I never got anything back from them, and they're doing it again. This review doesn't matter because they've made their money again. They're simply not paying out, and at most, the small accounts that can't trade might get a new one. The rest get nothing. Please don't fall for this. I'm not from the US; otherwise, I would have sued them long ago. These are crooks; I hope they get jail time someday. I'm sorry to everyone who was scammed just like I was two years ago.

Worst experience ever SCAMMERS

Traders should avoid this prop firm completely.

In March 2024, this prop firm abruptly shut down trader accounts without warning. When they reopened, they assured affected traders that reset coupons would be provided. Now, more than 18 months later, nothing has been delivered.

What makes this worse is that the firm still sells new challenge accounts while failing to honor its commitments to existing traders. If profits truly came from trading activity, restoring old accounts or issuing refunds should not be an issue. Instead, this strongly suggests that their business model relies on revenue from account sales, not actual trading success.

Support tickets only generate scripted replies claiming they “understand our frustrations,” but they provide no timelines, no clear direction, and no refund options. I personally lost a $200k Phase 2 account with no resolution.

This firm once ranked near the top of the industry, which made it seem credible. Unfortunately, it has proven otherwise. The pattern of broken promises and lack of accountability makes it clear:

My Review on Trustpilot:

I believe TFT is one of the well-known and popular prop firms, and I appreciate that they continue working on improvements. Recently, my account was migrated from MT5 to Match-Trader.

At this stage, I can log into the Dashboard and see my account details without any problem. However, I am still unable to log in to the Match-Trader platform itself and access my account for trading.

I hope this issue will be resolved soon so that I can continue trading normally. Overall, I value the efforts of TFT and look forward to seeing operations return to full functionality.

Facing problem from day 1, first Mt5 got disconnected they've shifted my account to voyage platform now it's also not working, their dashboard also not working, I think they are done with the services, they no longer interested in business, if this goes on they will be blacklisted by traders, shame on TFT

Dont ever think about to buy this

I have been trying to contact TFT for over 2 weeks now. They literally answered one of my emails and said they don't provide help through email anymore for account related inquires. They told me they have a live chat, which is a lie. The email form on their website does not work. The phone number does not work either. I went into the discord chat and nothing useful there as well. I have not been able to log in to my account for Voyage Markets in over 3 weeks. They did not reach out to communicate why my account is disabled. I had my challenge open for over six months, steadily growing, did not break a single rule. Now they are giving me the run around . They are basically stealing the money i paid for 50k challenge and could care less. They have blocked all avenues of possible help even though they continue to sell their challenges on the website. I will keep trying to reach out until i get a refund. Until then, i suggest you guys stay away.

It's bankrupt, don't waste your time. There's no support, nothing. I wasted too much money and time on these guys.

The server they have given me to trade on MT5 doesn’t exist and no one ever replies to their ‘ticket’ customer service system.

I need someone from TFT to get in touch and their customer service is the worst ever.
