The experience was first class. My bed is so comfy and also worth the price!! The guys who fitted my bed were very respectful and had a good chat with them. They also took their time making sure everything was right. Hoping to get a bed soon for my brother as well. Highly recommend them 😁

Ordered a desk a few days ago and I absolutely love it was an extremely affordable high quality desk no complaints at all would highly recommended to all. Very fast delivery and it was packaged well.

I wouldnt even give 1 star but had no choice would be minus.
I raised a ticket to return a bed frame on the 19th Oct 21 still had not reply 1st Nov.
24-48 hours it advises that they will respond...
I would never ever use these people again and I advise no one else should either

I have been waiting for updates on my return for 9 days now, and counting! The last response I received was 7 days ago advising me they were 'looking into it' and I have not heard anything since despite several emails from me chasing up. This is unacceptable and deeply unprofessional.

It seems the Furniture Home team are not concerned with returns, nor do they take their customers seriously unless they are making a purchase.

Ordered stools for the first time from this company and time frame was given 7-10 days. They were delivered on the 5th day and they called to let us know that we will be expecting our delivery. Kitchen stools came nicely packed and the stools themselves were absolutely nice, pictures just didn’t do justice. Good service, I will definitely be using this company again.

Excellent service from start to finish, the customer services assistant was really helpful and responded quickly and professionally to an enquiry I raised regarding delivery. The wardrobe ordered was as described. Delivery window was met and overall we are delighted with the service and quality of the product supplied.
Would definitely recommend! 10/10

I don't normally write reviews but recently bought a table that was on clearance. It was literally half the price compared to everyone else. Thinking there will be something wrong with it. But it arrived today and its perfect. Bargain.

UPDATE! I have been liaising with Customer Service for nearly a month now it is taking this long as it takes a week for a reply and I always have to chase them up I'm always conveniently replied to the same day as a reply, they are refusing to provide a refund but have offered to replace the faulty parts, I went through and photographed that nearly every part had damage to it, chips scratches etc. They have replied advising that I will have to pick 6-7 parts that are the worst and the supplier will only replace those parts. So I'm just expected to live with the remaining damage. I have advised them that my rights have been breach under the Consumer rights act of 2015 and I have asked if they are a member of a trade association. I'm unsure how this is going to play out, but I would recommend that anyone and everyone avoid this company unless you would like a piece of furniture that collapses during assembly, damaging my house, it fell on myself none of which them seem to care about **** with The quality of the product is disgusting for the price, part way through assembling I noticed various chips / scratches I contacted them to request a return as it wasn’t worth the money then to my surprise the carcass of the wardrobe we had built (it just didn’t have shelves or doors on) fell apart one side complete collapsed the wood at the bottom had splintered so doesn’t hold the screws narrowly missing my dog and putting a hole in the wall.

Contacted customer service again still no response! I now am out of pocket for the wardrobe which cannot be used at all. Don’t buy from here!!!

Watch out if you have issues- customer service doesn’t allow you to speak to a person over the phone. Their only system is a clunky ticket system where you are largely ignored

Two units came- the first was pretty good quality. However the second splintered during assembly, where the wood was clearly not strong enough. Tried to get a replacement, took pictures and entered the part number in their system. Over a week later, I was told my case was going to be passed on, and I needed to provide the details I already had, and then my case would be reviewed within 7 working days.

Overall I’m likely to not have a conclusion for over three weeks (after delivery time), even if I’m successful! Not the customer care you’d expect spending over £500- much better off with IKEA.

Worst experience. Ordered and paid for my bed only to be called over a week later and told it’s out of stock until DECEMBER. Never heard anything like it now I’ve been without a bed. Absolute joke. Caller didn’t seem bothered by their mistake at all. Load of poop.

They were amazing, very short delivery time less than a week (felt sorry for the driver having to bring it in on his own)after very little pfaff garden furniture was put together looking marvellous everyone who’s seen it very impressed and I will be happy to recommend
