Ordered a mattress and left a message on the website asking about delivery to see if it could arrive while off work, prompt call back from a very helpful and friendly lady, I’m only sorry I didn’t catch her name to mention her by name. Mattress arrived very quickly and exceeded my expectations for the price. No complaints at all, will definitely shop here again in the future ⭐️

Superb customer service right from the beginning. I spoke to a lady at this business about a question I had on a chest of drawer I wanted to purchase. She was very helpful and actually advised me to get a cheaper but higher quality chest of drawer. Also told me about the discount available through the blue light card scheme. Ended up saving money!

I recently bought some birlea furniture here and on delivery I received a damaged item. I sent a message on facebook at 10pm and someone responded to my surprise. They sent me replacement parts within 2 days and give me a £10 gift voucher. Great Service. Thank you

Absolutely disgusting service ive had from this company, Delivered my sons bed damaged, then sent a replacement a week later was also damaged, damp and very bent, they said they would refund after they collected there damaged stock in upto 10 days leaving my child with no bed, shameful apology and offered a furniture voucher to shop with them 😡

Overall I was very happy with the service from The furniture home. I wanted to shop local as it's been a difficult year for retailers.,The price I paid compared with the larger suppliers. The lady from customer service rang me to keep me informed about the delivery as it was a large item and a gift for my son. The bed is of good quality and he is very pleased.

There is a wide variety of products available. I was genuinely surprised at the choice of items. The website is very easy to use as well. The staff are very helpful. I couldn’t recommend this business more.

Bought a rug which was out of stock everywhere else but was still cheaper on this website. Came as expected with no issues. I used Klarna as well which was great, I didn’t notice any difference to paying normally. Highly recommended.
