They pretty good at answering complex questions in record time....if they have a glitch they will be honest about it and make up for it in a fair way. They pay using a popular payrole platform. 5 stars

I think that the plans you guys offer and the ability to adjust the is the best thing, because for me a trader who sometimes gets payouts was struggling with consistency has learned to get more consistent and to stick with my plan with your firm, but I think the one thing you guys could fix would be your pricing. Another thing that could be a possible fix is the site it feels a little bit laggy I just don't know if that's me or the site

The signup/checkout process was as smooth and clear as much as any other prop firm. I really like their adjustable plan options that allows you to trade your edge and not try and fit in some restricted box. I had a brief look at the trader dashboard and it appears to be on another level regarding tracking trades and trader development. Reminds me of Tradezella but this is included in your assessment and beyond. I am looking forward to starting my assessment and love the way The Futures Desk is bringing the more traditional style Prop Firm vs. the other props that have turned it into a gamification of sim trading. If you are serious about trading and not just getting a quick payout, this seems to be the best option out there. They want to give you the tools to be successful and want to get you into live trading so they are on the same side as the trader.

Great conditions, fast support, and the main advantage over others is their Dashboard with all indicators and a log. But personally, I miss the Project X or TradingView terminal. Rhythmic offers outdated platforms, and there are no really good similar platforms for Mac, mainly for Windows. But again, this is only for me, as I am from Ukraine and cannot choose Project X. Otherwise, the company is very promising.

By far, the best customer service I have received from the Support Desk. It doesn't matter what time I submit an issue; I always have gotten resolution in a timely manner. It is 230am EST and I was not expecting a response for several hours, but within seconds, Fiel, from the support desk resolved my issue within minutes. Thanks for always being there and providing timely service.

Live capital

I live the fact that you actually put people into live accounts, only reason for 4 stars, website states should have brokerage within 72 hours, but with the recent influx on people moving live it seems to be a lot longer than that.

I will say waiting to get the live account has opened up my mind to how I was rushing the process to get there. Now that I'm here, and after talking with the risk team and getting a better understanding of the way they do it, it makes total sense.

Hopefully I don't blow it and continue to grow it but the fact that you put us into a live account with minimal risk is outstanding while also trying to help us as a trader grow

So far my experience with The Futures Desk has been excellent. The sign-up process was smooth, communication has been clear, and everything has felt professional from the start. Although I haven’t been able to connect to NinjaTrader yet (waiting on a remote session with support), the team has been responsive and helpful throughout the setup process.

The TFD Dashboard is very helpful, where you can see your performance in details with your trade history. Normally you would pay extra for a Trading Journal like that and by TFD it is included already. It will help you to analyze your trades and to stay more consistent. I also value the customer service which is FOR the trader and addresses your concern.
