I am from the EU and start trading during the London session, and my experience with The Futures Desk has been excellent.
Dan and Fiel have both been incredibly supportive, with Fiel always online around London time and quick to help with anything that comes up. That kind of real, human support makes a huge difference.

What really stands out for me is how transparent and fair everything is. The rules, pricing, and conditions are all clear and straightforward, with no hidden traps, just a fair approach that lets you focus on trading. I also appreciate the flexibility in how you can choose your risk levels and tailor the account to your trading style.

It is obvious the team genuinely wants traders to succeed. They are not just running another challenge firm; they actually care about helping you grow as a trader. My assessment is now 95% complete, and I am genuinely looking forward to my live trading experience with The Futures Desk.

Fast support

I have been with TFD for 2 weeks now, I am very pleased with them. Excellent support team, very quick and helpful. The challenges are customisable to fit your needs and if you pass you go live. Very clean path, no rules except for the maximum drawdown , obviously. I hope I reach to payout and come here for update. Definitely recommend them!

Great company to work with

Dan and others at TFD have been very helpful on a number of occasions. I have inundated them with questions of all kinds and they pretty much always have answers to them. They are very prompt in getting back to me as well.

The Futures Desk is solid. No empty talk, no weird rules — not like those sim-casinos where you just keep buying challenges.

It takes a bit of time to get used to the risk setup, but you quickly feel that everything here is built to actually help the trader. And honestly, if you play it right, it’s almost an art to blow up your account.

The free journal and statistics dashboard you get with it is next level — better than paid ones like Edgewonk or other overpriced tracking tools. Everything you need is already there, clean and simple.

This place is where I’m staying and building for the long run.

My experience with The Futures Desk has been great overall. They have a unique model that really stands out in the industry and a customer support team that truly cares about their traders.

Even though things didn’t go as planned once I went live and I ended up losing my accounts, I’m still very satisfied and grateful for the experience. The process taught me a lot, and the support I received, especially from Asher and Dan — was outstanding.

I’ll have to wait a bit before coming back, but I’m definitely looking forward to trading with them again in the future.
