Worst experience buying jewelry online. Total scam. 1 month and don’t even have shipping information. Avoid buying from this brand, there are a lot of their options in the market, just look for them.

Terrible experience – avoid at all costs

I ordered on November 24th with a promised delivery of 3–7 business days. It’s December 11th and I still have nothing. They didn’t process my order, didn’t inform me, and only admitted the issue after I spammed them with emails — even though they took my money instantly.

They promised a new shipping window and missed that too. No updates, no transparency, no professionalism.

Honestly, this company has been a complete waste of time. Save yourself the headache and don’t order from them.

Quality of garment was not as advertised. Very poor fitting and quality

Material seems to be durable. Mine has been lasting for well over two years. Great quality and I get a lot of compliments for it. And the life-time warranty is a nice bonus (fingers crossed I won't need it).

Great experience with Gasper! I got my boyfriend a chain about a year ago and he has worn it everyday since. When the chain snapped we were sent a new one due to the lifetime warranty, only paid shipping. Love it!
