Absolutely shocking service well I say no service given.

Asked for a refund with no reply.

This was a presents for my daughter but as you guess her birthday has past.

So I had use money I couldn't afford.

Little advice think twice before ordering.

Really poor quality and no customer service response. I’ve tried 3 times to complain me about the bracelets I purchased that have tarnished after 2 weeks wear. Very poor jewellery and customer service.

Worst customer service ever. Ordered goods 10 April, now 16 May and tracking shows order was delivered but I have not received anything. Have send a email to customer services every day since they have said it was delivered (6 days now) and still no responses. Website on order says delivery in 24 hours in UK…took a month yet still waiting for my goods and no answers. I want a refund as goods not delivered. Biggest scam ever….avoid them.

Terrible customer service. Ordered goods 8 April, now 14 may and shows delivered but never received the goods. Customer manager answered my email enquiry about 3 weeks ago to say logistics company is having delays from China. Despite their website saying 24 hours delivery....and that my parcel has been delivered. Ive requested a refund but no reply for more than 15 days...Scam and avoid them at all costs.

Ordered three items of jewellery from this site. First delivery date was then changed. Tracking site says been delivered but no photo or anything and I have not received the items. This is unacceptable. Have emailed your customer service and not had any reply.

If I could give a zero I would. I ordered jewellery in April still waiting for a delivery although when I have tracked the order it states it's been delivered which is not the case.

I have emailed the company several times for an update and lately for a refund, received no response from any emails I have sent.

I ordered 3 pairs of earrings in March 2025. After four weeks of waiting, I received only 2 pairs. I contacted them immediately and reported the missing earrings. They emailed me back and promised to sort everything out as soon as possible. Nothing was done. I emailed them again a few more times, but there is no reply at all. I will report them to Trading Standards.

DO NOT USE - waited over a month for delivery. Told me if I cancelled I would have to pay a cancellation fee. Now tracking states 'Delivered'. I have not received anything, they are not responding to my emails. They are rip off merchants.

Order status shows "delivered" but I haven't received anything. I've emailed asking for proof of delivery - no reply. I've asked for a refund - no reply. I won't be buying from them again.

This company has awful customer service. The quality of items is shocking and not worth the money that they charge. The delivery takes more than a month and when it arrived it was damaged and not as described.

They offered a partial refund, but I am still waiting. Avoid this company as much as you can.... trading standards have been informed.

It’s a -1 not answering emails 😡 these where bday gifts and now I will need to buy other stuff
Can I get in touch with my bank to get my money back 🤷‍♀️

Wish I’d read these reviews before ordering.
No response to messages about cancelling after learning that items were out of stock. States they are UK but they are not.

This is yet another scam company. Same woman was modelling designer clothes calling them StIves boutique rating to look after the grandchildren. Refuse to give money back. Reported them to Standard Trading. Meta should stop them advertising. The clothes I bought Ibwouldnt give to a charity!!

I agree with the previous comments. Do not touch this company under any circumstances. The jewellery is cheap and nasty. An earring broke the first time I used it but they’re not interested. Sadly all the reviews on FB were good which is why I went ahead with my order. They are obviously fake.

BEWARE THIS IS A SCAM SITE.
Advertising it is a UK company selling retirement stock at reduced cost but products are actually made in Korea/ China and shipped from that part of the world too.

Misleading Advertising. Took a month for the shipping to arrive. Package delivered today18/03/25 and both packaging and enclosed jewellery are cheap and very poor quality as is the Jewellery Box (plastic) and the other gift was actually omitted. However don't think it was worth having anyway. Lesson Learnt for sure. Money paid in good faith but goods not as advertised. Sadly it was too good to be true and I now feel an idiot but hopefully this review will stop other consumers making any purchase from this company.

BEWARE THIS IS A SCAM SITE. THEY ADVERTISE 925 STERLING JEWELLERY BUT IT IS ABSOLUTELY NOT SILVER. THE BRACELET TARNISHED IN JUST DAYS AND LEFT A GREEN MARK ON MY WRIST . THEY SAY ITS CLOSING DOWN SO SELLING JEWELLERY CHEAP....IT IS CHEAP JEWELLERY.

Edit: My package arrived almost a month after my purchase and the quality was as you can imagine. I won't be making this mistake again. Terrible service, terrible quality.
