Fantastic service from start to finish, I'm so pleased with everything and it was totally stress free - great job from Brian,Pat,Angela and Anne -thanks i would totally recommend to anyone looking for a new boiler.

First class service from start to finish, Angela kicked things off with a survey of property and discussed options - was very friendly and answered all the questions I had. Ann then promptly had me booked in a few days later for an install and had required paperwork/payment sorted promptly. Finally Pat and Euan were first class for the install, friendly, efficient and advised me of the options as well as demoing the new boiler and thermostat. Would highly recommend, flawless process from start to finish.

I was apprehensive about getting a new boiler, but it had to be replaced as it was over 20 years old. I decided to contact Glasgow boiler company for a quote, and then after speaking to Anne and Angela decided to get a boiler fitted. From the start of the job to it finishing i was not disappointed. Anne was always so lovely and helpful on the phone. Angela came out to my house and explained what type of boiler would be suitable and also when I had any questions they were both very prompt in their replies. If I could give Brian the boiler man 5 plus star review I would. He went above and beyond. There was no tap to switch of my water in the house and he traced all the pipe work back, and got it switched off. He was polite, courteous and very hard working, explained everything and left absolutely no mess. The boiler was fitted in a day. I couldn’t be home for Andrew to come out the next day for my safety check, he kindly phoned a member of my family just before he arrived so they could be in my house for him arriving. Outstanding service from them all and I would not hesitate in recommending this company. Thank you all guys .

My initial task was to replace a conventional boiler with a new combi boiler system. I choose 3 installers via google 2 x large companies 1 x small self employed engineer. The self employed engineer promised to attend but didn’t show. Out of the 2 x larger companies both provided detailed quotes at similar prices but only the Glasgow Boiler company visited my home and gave a detailed presentation to match my requirements. I choose the GBC because they gave me confidence and reassurance to carry out the works.
When we agreed on the price, they confirmed the installation date immediately. We had regular updates by text prior to installation, on the installation day we had a text confirming the engineers name and exact arrival time.
My initial first impression was great the team turned up, boiler engineer - pipe work engineer and electrician each carrying out their own tasks. The old system was stripped out and all the material removed by their dedicated collections team. The system was stripped out and new boiler and pipe work was installed within 6 hours
The boiler engineer gave a user friendly instruction how the controls works.
They customer care team emailed the gas safe certificate and registered our guarantee on our behalf.
As a business owner (electrical contractor) I would have no hesitation to recommend the Glasgow Boiler Company to install your boiler

Cannot fault this company from start to finish. From being contacted quickly with an appointment from Ann , then few days later Angela came out to give us a quote and explained everything fully to us.
Boiler was fitted a few days later by a very confident, knowledgeable, efficient, friendly Euan , who did a great job, very professional, all completed in one day.

I'm so glad to have chosen the GBC. The service and staff were second to none. Ann in admin kept me updated every step of the way and made everything so easy. Angela who visited my home to assess and quote the job was a pleasure to deal with. Friendly, knowledgeable, experienced and answered my many questions with confidence and ease. Brian the engineer arrived on time and got stuck right in. He had a tight space to fit the new boiler in and did an amazing job. He left the area clean and tidy at the end which was much appreciated.
Patrick was the last to visit and had a difficult job breaking through a very thick layer of concrete and bricks to lay an underground soakaway drain. I had worried about slabs not fitting again and having to get further work done but he did a fantastic job.

We had Angie out to give us a quote and found her to be very friendly and professional.
An installation date was arranged but got a phone call from Ann in the office to say that there had been a cancellation so got the boiler fitted very quickly.
Brian who did the installation was great. He installed the new boiler and removed the old one in the same day and cleared everything away.

I’ve been delighted with everything about The Glasgow Boiler Company. From seeing the advert on TV I thought I’d get a quote, and from the first phonecall I knew I’d be going with them. Great service from start to finish, Ann, Angela and Euan were brilliant and I was very happy with the cost too. Very informative, knowledgeable, patient and understanding. I would definitely recommend the Glasgow Boiler Company. They were very professional in every department. Andrew came out and great advice , told us exactly how it would be getting installed. And Euan and Brian were first class at installing it.
The workmanship was brilliant with the minimum of fuss. Can I also mention Ann who kept us up to date with everything , really knows her stuff

Adam and Darren were exceptional definitely knew their stuff both did a fantastic job and very tidy job could not fault anything they done would definitely recommend The Glasgow Boiler Company to friends and family as from the first telephone call with Anne to Angela giving us sound information and the installers and updates with staff at every step no wonder they are rated a 5 star company I'd give them 10 stars thanks again guys pleasure doing business with you keep it up .

The Glasgow Boiler company were amazing. They responded so quickly, coming out to assess within a couple of days and new boiler fitted within the week. Ewan did a brilliant job and we felt like the work and our home was in safe hands. The communication from the office was excellent. The price for the new boiler was extremely reasonable and the whole job cost much less than we thought it would. The whole experience was a lot less hassle than expected, wish I hadn't put it off for so long.

GOOD EFFICIENT SERVICE, HAPPY TO HELP WITH REQUESTS AND EXTRA WORK

First class experience from start to finish. From the moment we requested a survey appointment online to the completed installation of the boiler the level of service was excellent. Ann kept us fully informed at all stages and Angela provided sound, easy to understand advice about the best boiler for our needs. There was absolutely no pressure to make a decision to purchase. A week on from the survey appointment Brian installed the new boiler quickly with minimum disruption, provided advice about the new controls and completely cleaned up afterwards. The old boiler and packaging were removed before Brian was finished. Ann contacted me the day after the installation to check that all was well. The company also offer a comprehensive after care package which is very competitively priced. Everything about our dealings with this friendly company has been excellent and I cannot praise them highly enough.

Excellent service throughout, from survey to install booking, installation and then aftercare. Angela, Ann, Euan and Joey were friendly and helpful. Euan and Joey did a fantastic job on the day and ensured both myself and my partner were aware of what was happening. They both took the time to tidy up at the end of the day which I really appreciated and also took the time to explain to us how the boiler worked and what to do should we encounter any issues. Ann called as promised on the Monday to ensure everything was ok and installation went as planned. Ann offered after care service which we were happy to take and sent myself over a link to ensure I was able to access and sign up for this.
Smooth process from start to finish with fantastic staff. Would highly recommend.

On the spot quote with Angela about 24 hours after first contact. Financing and install date setup with an. Within 2 hours of the quote. Price higher than web estimate due to extra remedial work and current stock/logistics issues, but this is why you get an in person quote, not a blind internet quote.

Installation delayed slightly due to installer sickness - can’t be helped - but the team kept me updated, and on both the day Angela and installer Andrew arrived, advice that they were in the way was recieved by text, with real time tracking for Andrew.

Was told to expect a day or two, but a full boiler replacement was complete by lunchtime. They had some issues reconnecting my tado, but it seems it’s broken, and they gave me a wireless simple thermostat to get the system running.

Would fully recommend.
