From my initial contact everything was first class from Angela who carried out the survey, Brian installed the new boiler with very little disruption to our water & Gas supply and left little or no mess communication by both phone and e mail was again exellent would not hesitate to recommend The Glasgow Boiler co to anyone thanks for a great service

Very happy with all round service provided. All people involved turned up at the agreed times. Angela providing the quote was able to explain everything in a way that even I could understand. Boiler installation was straight forward, done in under a day, and no mess left (thanks Euan!)

Excellent service from the Boiler Company. We live on the top floor of a 4 storey building so things like new boilers aren't always easy.

Angela's initial inspection, Ann in the office & Brian who fitted our boiler were all terrific and made the process very easy.

Our new boiler was fitted quite quickly from making our initial enquiry & accepting our quote. Old boiler was taken away as well on day it was fitted.

Definitely recommend them.

I had been without heating and hot water for 2 weeks and let donw by maintenance cover provider and utility supplier. Glasgow Boiler company responded to my email by attending the next day and the installation was completed within 5 days. An excellent service from the initial response, survey, customer support, installation and the aftercare was excellent. I would highly recommend them.

Great communication from Gracie Angela & Ann at the office kept informed about my upcominging boiler replacement & courtesy calls after completion 5 stars ladies .Andrew who came out for our quote was very professional & had job priced with a time scale for the work & a date to start & also got the right price I was looking for .Euan was my fitter for the day I had total confidence in the guy he really knew what he was doing & nothing was too much trouble for him as i wanted my filter moved under my worktop he done a great job in time & cleared up afterwards & some great biker chat cheers Euan . Next will be Andrew back again for a quality check to make sure everything is up to standard .Really can't say enough about the Glasgow boiler company if your looking for a boiler or service cover check them out my only problem is that I could only give 5 stars well done guys

Great service from Andrew. Was prompt, polite and got on with the job with quiet efficiency.

Just had a boiler fitted, replaced 1 radiator, removed a radiator that was not needed and fitted tmvs to my radiators. Service was excellent from start to finish. All the staff were lovely, angela who visited to discuss what I needed was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. Brian the fitter was on time, cleaned up after and explained how to work the system. All the staff throughout the process from the office staff to the engineer who did the safety visit were excellent.
Boiler is running like a dream. Thank you everyone

Excellent service and experience from start to finish. Angela was so friendly, helpful and explained lots of different options for us. The baby liked her too! Euan and the guy shadowing were both really great when they installed, professional, friendly and polite. Euan even jumped into our pitch black crawl space to find and check on our crazy cat when she stuck herself down there! Top notch service and great working boiler that is ideal for our property. Fantastic service from start to finish. Contacted to request a quote Ann was very professional and helpful. Organised Angela to come out to visit. Angela arrived on time, was pleasant, friendly, professional and very helpful explaining everything to us. We were kept well informed by Ann about arrangements for installation. Euan arrived on the day of fit on time. Euan explained everything that would be getting done, he was pleasant, Friendly and very professional and kept us well informed throughout. When the installation was completed Euan explained how everything worked, cleaned up and ensured we were happy with the work before leaving. Following the installation Ann registered the warranty for us and gave us a call to ensure we were happy. I would highly recommend this company as their customer service has been excellent from start to finish.

The Glasgow Boiler Company installed a new boiler for us this week. The service was great from start to finish. From the original quote through to the fitting and after care, they did an excellent and comprehensive job. They made it easy for us throughout the process.

Prompt, transparent and efficient survey and quote from Angela, unexpectedly, and happily lower price than I'd imagined. Same day booking for instal a week later. Fast, friendly and professional instal from Brian and his team, who quickly resolved a couple of problems with our ageing plumbing! Happy customer!

Main drain pipe was blocked from my toilet and back filled into my boiler resulting in the boiler being “water damaged” no hot water/heating. I googled boiler companies and The Glasgow boiler company were top of the list, I did view Scottish gas and also left a message on their web page to contact me.. they didn’t.
Ann from the Glasgow Boiler Company was on the ball, she was just so welcoming and professional from the start, she arranged for Andrew to visit my property and he explained the various types of boilers which would suit my needs. I wasn’t aware that 0% finance would have been an option. Andrew came out and again like Ann he was professional and advised me re the different types of boilers (I was looking for the most expensive one as I’m fed up buying cheap alternatives which never last) he explained why buying expensive wasn’t always the best option and what mattered the most was about my requirements..fair enough, I listened to his advise and again because of his professionalism I decided to go ahead, I contact Ann and advised that I was happy with the quote and to go ahead. Brian the installer arrived as expected today 17/05/22 with his colleague (I didn’t get his name) but again he was so lovely. Honestly, I’ve been dealing with so many unreliable tradesmen recently that I felt the need to genuinely thank this company, I’ve hot water and central heating at an affordable price, you guys are amazing. Thanks again to Ann, Andrew, Brian and the 1 other. PS.. a new flue was also fitted and they arranged for my rough cast to be fixed too. WOW! I’ve never came across a company like it.. Go buy from them 💕

From the initial Enquiry with Ann, to the survey with Angela to the fitting by Brian, everything was simple, straightforward and went without a hitch. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the guys and a special mention to Brian for explaining everything when installing the boiler. Highly recommend this Company.

Excellent service from start to finish. I contacted Glasgow boiler company after seeing the advert on TV. My boiler was on its last legs.when I phoned Ann was very friendly and arranged for Angela to come out to give me a quote. Angela was very nice and helpful advising me on the best boiler for my needs and explaining about the finance etc, she was very easy to talk with. Ann helped me with the finance side keeping me informed of emails etc. The whole process was easy and quick. Brian arrived Wednesday to install the new boiler. He was friendly and professional the whole installation was with minimal disruption I couldn't be happier with the service I received from the whole team. Definitely 5 stars.

I have just had my boiler replaced by the Glasgow Boiler Company and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience from start to finish. Angela visited first for a survey, explained what would be required for the install, recommended a suitable boiler and left us with a fixed, no obligation quote. Ann arranged our install date, Post install safety inspection, payments and aftercare. Euan was very friendly and hard working and made a wonderful job of removing our old boiler and installing our new boiler in one day. He explained how to operate the new boiler and left the area he was working in spotless when finished. Andrew carried out a safety visit the day after our install and again was very friendly and helpful. He made sure everything was good with the installation, that we were pleased with the results and we knew how to operate the new boiler. Angela, Ann, Euan and Andrew were all very professional as well as being friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend the Glasgow Boiler Company as the service we received was first class!
