First class experience from start to finish. From customer service team to Andrew who came to install the boiler . He came at short notice to cover another member of staff and it was much appreciated. He was professional and so quick at installing the system. He provided us advice and support on the day. Good job Glasgow Boiler Company.

On speaking to Anne to Angela then to the fitters Brian and his mate and Andrew who was the last to check everything out. The fitters were very thoughtful and professional in their job tiding up after them. Once they had finished explain everything of how the new boiler worked. We are very pleased with the service we received and would love to say to anyone thinking about them is just do it they were amazing

Really pleased with the service from this company.
Angela did the survey, advising me all the way and Ann called me to keep me updated on the procedures which was great.
The fitters were Brian and Shezad, and how nice to get well mannered personable people that arrive on time get on with the work and explain at the end.

Our boiler broke down and was past of point of repair. Andrew came out and gave us a good quote and once we booked they came within 5 days. Andrew, Adam and Patrick arrived on time and were professional throughout and fitted my new boiler in less than a day. Would recommend and use again in the future

From first contact with Ann and survey from Angela, who provided some excellent advice, to Engineers Euan and Pat who installed the boiler and Andrew who came a couple of days later to perform the safety checks I cannot fault this Company. I certainly would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We have just had a new boiler installed and were really delighted with the excellent service provided from start to finish by Angela, Brian, Patrick, Paul and Andrew. All the communications to us from the team and their head office staff were prompt and fully informative at all times. Really impressive! Thank you.

We got the company to replace our gravity hot water system with an unvented mains pressure cylinder.
We are very happy with the final setup. The team has been very helpful throughout the process, from quote to install, commissioning, and inspection. Andrew even fixed (at no extra cost) some old toilet fixing that was leaking following change of pressure, even though it was not their responsibility, which we appreciate. It was also very easy to arrange appointments and to get someone to answer on the phone to answer queries.

When I phoned GBC for a quote I thought here we go again pushy salesmen wanting as much as possible for commission what a surprise I got Andrew was polite,knowledgable and very friendly and at no time tried to get a sale it was up to me what I wanted but best of all he gave me advice which was non biased and allowed me to think it over. I decided what was best and booked me in less than a week.What was better Brian came to fit it on time right day and again very knowledgeable,polite and very business like nice to talk too couldn’t be more happy to give us proper advice on how to work the system,Andrew appeared to check how it was going he then promised to come back the following day to check out the system and if we were happy.Andrew came as promised the next day fitted halo app and could not have been better as far as I’m concerned this is a five star company and I would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. For the record Andrew is destined for a big management roll in the GBC if you’re reading this you heard it here first!!!!

Had my boiler give up on me and 1 phone call to Glasgow boiler company and I had one of the best experience sat me down and talked me threw everything. Excellent knowledge and very trustworthy. Would highly recommend

Just had a new boiler fitted and it was a great service from start to finish. Everything was well explained and I have a nice new boiler thats nice and quiet

I found Glasgow Boiler Company great from start to finish. The salesperson who gave us a quote came out very promptly, was very accommodating and chatted us through the different option. We wanted to have a ladder towel radiator fitted at the same time and that was no problem. We also took advantage of a special offer that meant we got a digital thermostat. Once we accepted the quote, the installers were able to come out quite quickly. They were great, installed the everything efficiently and removed all the mess. They even gave me time to paint the wall behind the new towel rail so it looks very smart. The installer also set up the digital controls and explained the system to me. The new boiler is smaller, quieter and more efficient than my old one. Very pleased with the job.

Perfect from start to finish the installation was superb,special shout out to Brian,Angela and Ann you are are credit to the company,well done and many many thanks.
