Excellent service from start to finish. Would absolutely recommend Glasgow Boiler Company for a hassle free boiler installation.
From the first consultation everything was clearly explained and quote was fast and detailed.
Date was set and everyone was friendly and caring and everything ran efficiently staff were a pleasure to have in our home very polite and respectful and tidied up after themselves and removed old boiler, tanks etc same day.
A special thanks to Ann the admin worker who kept us informed at every stage.
All in all a great team thanks 😊

Brian & the guys arrived when they said they would, cracked on with the job with no fuss, completed it within the same day and left absolutely no mess behind. Brian clearly explained the new heating controls. Would use GBC again without any hesitation.

I cannot recommend this company enough. Fantastic company, very reliable and Clean and Tidy Workers Euan and Andrew. Had a small issue with new Boiler and was sent a someone within 3 hours.

I also have their Maintenance contract, what fantastic value for Money all for £16 pounds a month. Been with SSE for over 15 years and never got breakdown response within 24 hours.

Efficient, prompt and friendly service. Excellent communication and sound advice provided. Installation and removal of old boiler was done very quickly and the space was left clean after. Would highly recommend this service to friends and family.

I recommend this company highly. The staff were very helpful, there was no hard sell. Angela, who came to give us our quote, knew exactly what we needed, had been a fitter, and so knew what work had to be done. The price was competitive. Brian, the fitter, was professional throughout. Our boiler was in a pokey wee cupboard with no lighting, and he never moaned once! Anne, the lady in the office, was also pleasant every time we spoke too. There were no hidden charges, or prolonged waiting periods. Very happy customer

An excellent service from initial contact to the installation of our new boiler. Could not help but be impressed by first contact with Ann at admin who helped with setting up finance in a very short space of time and also set up initial visit from Andrew who provided a detailed estimate. Installation was quick and very efficient and my wife and I are extremely happy with every aspect of the service provided by Andrew, Adam and Patrick during the installation. A very professional outfit who were extremely customer focused throughout. Be surprised if their is a better outfit out there.

Excellent service from start to finish. Arranged with Ann, inspection survey carried out by the very lovely Angela. Installation of new combi boiler carried out by Adam, Patrick, John and Darren. Andrew came next day to do final safety inspection. All very professional and very pleasant and a credit to your company. Even vacuumed up after they finished.

We called the company for a new boiler spoke to Ann. Angela came the next day - Thursday did the survey and gave us a quote there and then. They called later that day and offered the install on the Monday. The engineers Brian and Pat arrived in the morning and it was finished by lunchtime. The service was very professional and excellent. A safety check was was completed by Andrew the day after the install. All our questions were answered so we took out the boiler care as well. The process was very easy and we are very happy with the boiler. We would highly recommend this company.

Brian , did a great job in installing the boiler .
Last but not least , top notch person Andrew ..He will be in touch with guys on the job and come for quick inspection in between and get the things done right if he foresee any issues ..I really like that approach..

Everything was explained very well during the pre-fitting survey and the installation by Euan went without a hitch. Lovely new boiler with the minimum of fuss - while still keeping me informed of the essentials.

I was impressed from the start by great communication.
As a business owner, I know how hard that can be but it was clear that there was a clear passage of communication from Ann in the office to Angela who provided our quote and inspired further confidence.
On the installation date Joe called ahead and arrived promptly along with John. Both of the guys were well presented, well spoken and polite and went about their task efficiently. The installation is neat and tidy and it is nice to have the heating be back in action.
