They were very efficient, arrived early and took old system away. Andrew and Patrick installed the boiler and radiator and finished by 1.30. Aaron arrived later to do electrical work. Angela did the survey and Anne at the office were all very helpful. Finding the thermostat a bit confusing but given time I will work it out.

I was blown away from start to finish with minimal disruption to my home whilst having a new gas condensing boiler installed.

All very smooth from initial survey to commissioning Andrew and Patrick worked efficiently and had everything under control. Made the job look easy which it was not. Four boiler installers declined to quote for the job suggesting we go electric and another wanted to add considerable contingency The Glasgow Boiler company surveyed the job gave a quote which we considered reasonable and completed the work in a day and left no mess.

Great communication from beginning to completion. Brian was clean and precise in his work with minimal damage to the area above our existing boiler which was tiled and managed to salvage the tiles which we can then reuse to in the same area. Fast and efficient service. Would highly recommend

The installation was completed very efficiently. The old boilers and redundant piping were removed from the premises. The engineer swept the place clean. He instructed us how the boiler controls worked.
The engineer was courteous throughout the installation.

I would highly recommend this company thanks to Anne who arranged everything for us on the phone and sending out Angela to given us the quote and check our old boiler who was absolutely wonderful with us then sending out Brian who installed our new boiler which didn’t take to long and he cleaned everything up for us thanks to the electrician sandy who was lovely to and again cleaned up his mess and for the price of the new boiler isn’t that expensive I will be recommending this company to my family and friends so thank you team for everything youse have done for us love Allison bryceland

Great customer service from start to finish, everything was explained very clearly and followed up by email. Team that installed new boiler were friendly and tidied up, same with electrician. Took just over a week from first phone call to installation. Would recommend.

I cannot recommend this company enough. From start to finish they made the whole experience so easy and stress free. Absolute Pleasure to deal with The Glasgow Boiler Company, from initial meeting with Angela, then onto Ann who controlled everything from her side often the people in the office are forgotten so thank you Ann for your phone calls, emails and text messages keeping us informed at all times, Darren, Andrew and Pat for the installation side of the boiler replacement job you could not have asked for a better boiler company 10/10. Everyone of them were So helpful tidy and professional. Andrew took the brush off me when I went to sweep up telling me he takes great pride in his work and he will do that. and Ann following up with a call and email to make sure we were happy with the way things turned out. A really professional company with very competitive pricing and great communication. They did an excellent job of replacing our boiler with a Worcester-Bosch Greenstar 8000 35KW with a 12 year guarantee.
The installer was really efficient, neat and tidy and they installed our new Tado control system too.

We found our experience with The Glasgow Boiler company very satisfactory from start to finish. Installers Andrew and Partrick where very helpful, arrived on time.
Kept us up to date with progress, when installation was completed the place was tidy and all rubbish removed. Andrew explained how to operate the heating controls. We would definitely use again and be happy to recommend the company in the future
