Great service from the outset, from the quick response to the request for a quotation, all the way to the end. The quotation was set out well and clearly explained. On the day, the engineer was prompt and, despite some awkward bits to the installation, managed to get it all done by early afternoon. Waheid was a delight, friendly and knowledgeable. The old boiler waste was removed on the same day and certificates sent through straight away. Heartily recommend.

-Initial survey was easy to schedule.

-Fixed price quote was issued swiftly.

-Engineer arrived as scheduled, did a very tidy and neat job, kept me informed throughout the process.

- Debris and recycling was immediately picked up by other team.

- Electrical engineers later arrived and installed the wifi thermostat.

I think this military-level coordination between different teams must be thanks to a well-managed office and proper software in the background. The whole experience exceeded my expectations, thank you.

Survey was free, fast and didn't feel pressured in any way. When the company found out I had to hot water or heating they made some calls and managed to get my boiler fitted the very next day. Everyone was friendly and professional.

Had a new boiler fitted and very happy with the overall service. I had the boiler fitted in less than a week after accepting the quote, and I could have had it done quicker if I was available. The price was reasonable and significantly cheaper than some of the competitors and the 0% interest financing option was really convenient. All the staff were friendly, helpful and professional throughout the process, I would definitely recommend.

Andrew and Patrick fitted my new combi boiler within a few hours. They were professional throughout and Andrew kept me posted with the progress. Andrew also took me through using my new boiler and the app.

All mess was tidied up and the older boiler was taken away. Great job

Andrew and Patrick installed a new boiler for myself and my wife today and I am delighted with their service. The guys worked really efficiently and took away the old boiler etc leaving the house nice and tidy. I couldn’t believe how quickly they were able to replace my old boiler. The lads from Glasgow boiler company, Andrew and Pat turned up when they said they would, came in and went straight to work took out our old boiler and radiator's put new stuff in we couldn't believe how quickly and efficiently everything was done and with very little mess, told us how to use the new system clearly' and answered any questions we had!. We also paid for the job after it was done and inspected!.We would recommend this company no problem, Thanks Glasgow boiler company.ps would like to thank the girls at their office for a job well done 👍, thanks 🙏👍,.

first of all they tried to overcharge me for a boiler service, their website quotes £80 plus vat but they quoted me £110 plus vat... then I challenged them on it, they said they could do it for the website price... then we arranged a date, then they ridiculously said they don't do boiler services in Glasgow! Avoid!!!!

Absolutely delighted with the service we received. We were getting a new boiler, thermostat and radiators installed and the team were extremely accommodating and flexible and did a fantastic job from start to finish. Great communication and nothing seemed like too much of a hassle. Would highly recommend.

I would highly recommend The Glasgow Boiler Company. I called with my initial enquiry and within an hour was visited by Angela who carried out an inspection of the area and advised me of the most suitable model of new boiler for my house. We then arranged a suitable appointment date which was within two weeks of her visit. I then made the payment arrangements with Ann, which went through smoothly. This morning, Andrew and Patrick were on site around 8 and carried out the job with great efficiency and had replaced the old boiler and installed the new one within three and a half hours. They also took the time to explain the settings of the new boiler and thermostat, among other issues. I then spoke to Ann and set up a new home care agreement. All in all, everything was done without any fuss or drama.

Would highly recommend the Glasgow Boiler Company. We had a difficult job as our boiler had to be moved as well as replaced because of changes in regulations. Andrew and Patrick and the rest of the team did a great job - they minimised the damage caused by the move (meaning we didn’t have to have part of the plaster board in the bathroom removed), and got everything done within a few days. Angela who did the quote for us and Anne in the office were also really helpful.

Great all round service from the GBC fitting a new boiler system and radiator. Thorough and easy quote process, one day installation done efficiently and they left no mess behind. A few days later we discovered a couple of leaks, the team handled it well and came out again the next day and sorted it.

From start to finish, the service has been amazing. Angela came to assess, she was fantastic, very informative. Andrew and Patrick, were brilliant for my installation. On time, tidy, and job was done in 1 day. From organising, the agreement and setting up my psot care couldn't have been made any easier, with the ladies in the office. Thanks again to you all.
