Angela talked me through all the options and how to make the new boiler comply with all the regulations for renting out a property. She was lovely.

The guys who came to fit the boiler were friendly and finished up 2 hours quicker than I expected. Brian then showed me how to work the new thermostat. All the waste was taken away and the place was left tidy.

Very efficient installation of new boiler the whole operation taking only 1/2 day. Waheid the engineer made a particularly neat job of the plumbing and explained how to use the controls.

Engineering team turned up on time on the day of the install (combi boiler conversion and rads)
They were fast, tidy, and precise.
Took their time to explain how everything worked.
Didn't even need to contact them regarding snagging works.
They contacted me to find out if everything was okay after the install.
Again, an engineer was back on site to tighten up some rad valves exactly when I was told he would arrive.

From the very first visit to the installation and after care on completion the service has been first class.
Had an issue with one of the roofs after a leak however the GBC were on it and fixed it within 5 days. All the employees I have dealt with have been polite and helpful and would certainly recommend.

From start to finish my new boiler installation was handed extremely professionally.
From Angela's great survey,and guidance she gave a very reasonable quote and in a week my boiler was installed and working!
Both Angela and Waheid ,the installer turned up on time and I was kept informed well by Ann in the office at every stage.
Waheid was very friendly and extremely efficient installation was first class and Waheid was very neat and tidy.

Good all round service from quote to installation. Staff are very helpful and help you through all the stages excellent service. Will be using them for future services and repair.

Well what can I say and where do I start. This was a five star experience for me.
First time I have seen workers appearing on time to carry out the work. They parked their vehicles and up the path they came with their tools. What a great job Adam and Patrick did.
Started just after 8.00 and must have been totally exhausted when they finished.
Our old boiler was on its last legs and had to be replaced.
We can’t thank you guys enough.

Had a new boiler installed by Glasgow Boiler Company yesterday, found entire experience quick and stress free from beginning to end. Many thanks to Andrew, Brian and Ann for their professional manner. Would highly recommend Glasgow Boiler Company to anyone.

Really easy and straightforward process from enquiry to fitting of a new boiler. Simple video-call consultation, presented with different options to choose from, and quick installation. Adam was friendly and got the job done in no time. Very happy with the service provided.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. There were no issues arranging an in-person consultation to receive a quote rather than an online video survey. Andrew was fantastic at quickly recognising which combi boiler is best suited for my flat size and existing gas pipe. The quote received was far cheaper than British Gas and thankfully did not require the extra cost of scaffolding.

Brian installed my boiler and he was was excellent - professional, friendly, quick, efficient and very tidy and clean. He made sure I had all the information I needed and talked me through the process of how to adjust my boiler pressure. The old boiler and packaging were quickly collected from my flat and disposed of. I also appreciate the call from Ann afterwards to see if I had any further questions or issues. Overall, everything went smoothly and efficiently.

It was simple to set up a virtual survey, Alan was very knowledgeable and explained my options. This gave me the confidence that this was the best company to install my new boiler. Brian came to install the boiler and explained what would happen, it was all done quickly and there was no mess left! An after all from Ann was a nice touch to check everything had gone okay. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Glasgow boiler company.

Great experience from start to finish. From the easy online video survey & quote, the pre-service calls and payment to the installation and removal of debris it was efficient and easy.
Andrew & Patrick were brilliant - polite, friendly, quick, efficient and very tidy and clean. They made sure I had all the information I needed and talked me through the process.

An ok experience but with quite a few hurdles and a messy finish.

Let’s start with the positives. Angela was very helpful as the surveyor in determining the most suitable boiler replacement, Ann was quick to respond to emails / keeps you updated, when we had a leak (twice) after fitting an engineer came round the same day on both occasions to try to resolve and a good range of boilers to choose from which are in stock.

The main negative was the mess made by the installation team. There was an issue with the electrics during installation and the team didn’t know where from. They drilled a hole in the wall beside the boiler and filled it in very hurriedly which looks extremely unsightly (can provide photos). There are also dirty finger prints on wall and lots of wall insulation left out on our patio. It very much looked like the team were in a hurry to get to their next job which is a shame given it was a system to combi boiler installation booked in for two days and finished in four hours.

A few hours after install I went down to find a water leak under the boiler. I called GBC who sent someone out to respond. They tightened nuts and bolts and went on their way but unfortunately the same happened again the next day. I called Ann again who got someone out to resolve and there was an issue identified with one of the caps which resolved the matter. I was very relieved about that but it’s disappointing that this wasn’t spotted earlier as part of the QA process and again goes to the point of it feeling like a rush job.

The other smaller point I’d raise is the ask for full up-front payment if you pay by credit or debit card which goes against website FAQs. Other payment options can be sorted after installation if preferred.

In all I’m satisfied to get the new boiler we wanted but the quality of the finish is not what I’d have hoped for from boiler install specialists.

If GBC want to speak to me about the matter then I’d be happy to and even better if they’d want to take a second stab at fixing the plastering job then that would be even better.

My daughters boiler gave up the ghost completely and I looked around for a replacement, after receiving three quotes I went for the Glasgow boiler company, from the initial site visit by Angela who explained the process in detail with no hard sell to the communication from Anne at the office the service was faultless. Managed fo fit me within two days of quote, engineer Waheid turned up promptly at the allotted time and installed boiler with minimum of fuss, a really helpful and nice guy nothing was a hassle, he talked my daughter through the smart thermostat installing the app on her phone and meticulously talking her through the functions, his standard of work was very neat and tidy and all mess was cleared up and taken away. It’s easy to be cynical of online reviews but in this case they were accurate, would highly recommend this company to anyone considering replacing their boiler.

I had a great experience dealing with the Glasgow Boiler Company. The quoting process was straightforward and the installation went smoothly, on the day when expected. The team was very professional, helpful and efficient, they gave us all the information we needed, answered any question. Overall a great experience, we are loving our new boiler and feel confident to call them again if ever needed.

Very happy with the service we received, from the initial phone call, Ann was very nice and effient and Angela who came out for the quote was very helpful. The boiler was installed the following week. All done in a morning by Adam. Have taken the boiler ans radiator cover out and thankfully I did, as my bathroom radiator had a leak and was sorted in no time. Great company to deal with..
