Not only are they very friendly people to deal with, but they are also completely professional.

Great customer service, quick and safe delivery.
This is a company that we have used for nearly 10 years now to purchase Gold bars. Their customer service is one of the best and very quick to respond. Jan contacted us within an hour of putting in our order and guide us through the whole process of ID verifications required. The order was processed on the same day and delivered the next day before 12 noon. I cannot fault at all the first class service we had and would highly recommend this site for future buyers. At a time when the gold prices fluctuate on a minute to minute basis, being able to lock in our order and have it processed quickly and have it delivered safely were very important to us. Happy to purchase again from them !

Trustworthy company
Having placed many orders with this company in the past, I had no hesitation in ordering from them again. My new order, which only took a few days to arrive was very carefully packed, clearly addressed, and was marked ‘Tracked’. I was out when the Post Office tried to deliver the package, so they left a card. After contacting them it was re-delivered the following day. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to any future buyer.
