The customer service throughout the whole process was phenomenal - responsive and quick, and I communicated with the same person each time. When I decided that I didn't like how the ring I'd ordered looked on my finger, I was allowed to exchange it no questions asked, even though it was engraved/personalized. Best of all, I got a free upgrade to my replacement ring! I love my beautiful ring and have received several compliments already. I highly recommend The Good Carat for excellent prices, great customer service, and beautiful jewelry.
