I pre-ordered a figurine that was almost 2 years in the waiting. I was updated regarding status along the way, and my "check in" emails were always responded to timeously. When it finally came time to send them out, there was some confusion on the shipment but this company sorted out the problem without any effort on my part and I really appreciate that.

Great item packaged to protect from anything DHL can throw at it and trust me they tried this time so many marks and holes. But this company foresees this and does everything to protect. Love the figure.

This is a general review as I haven't had an item in a while, however, have 5 on pre-order which should go some way to show why this site and Lee who runs it are top notch.
Lee always has great prices, the best I've seen in the UK and he is very transparent and quick to reply to queries. When items are despatched they are sent packaged very securely, and often include a little personalised note inside which is a great touch. Could not recommend enough
