Myself, my husband and my two teenage sons had a holiday in Turkey this year which we booked through Meritxell. I had a discussion with Meritxell about what we were looking for and she came back with a good option for us. We talked about what we liked and didn’t like about it and then she came back with something even better! I was really pleased not to have to spend the time searching for holidays and to be able to just pass all the information to Mertixell. I believe we would never have found such a good holiday within our price range without her. Once we had booked Meritxell was great helping us with any queries, giving us travel tips and reminders and checking if we wanted any help with finding and booking additional activities.

We loved the holiday and are really pleased we used Meritxell for this. We have already starting discussing plans with Meritxell for another holiday!

I asked Kevin to find me a holiday at very short notice, Kevin started searching straight away and found me some fantastic options with all requests met, once I agreed Kevin took care of everything and kept me updated at all times. I was on a plane 3 x days after the original request and the whole experience was excellent,myself, my partner and two children absolutely loved the whole experience and it was above and beyond what we expected,I will certainly be using The Good travel agent again..

After explaining my list of requirements to suit my children’s different ages and my expectations of a relaxing, sunny holiday, Laura found an amazing hotel, within budget, that ended up exceeding my initial expectations. We've just booked our second trip through Jake and the service he has provided has been just as brilliant this time as it was before. This is a multi-destination adventure taking us to the other side of the world so a huge amount to consider and we've really appreciated Jake's guidance and advice. He is unbelievably responsive and efficient, sourcing and updating quotes whether he's away on a work trip or it's the evening or a weekend. We were a family of 12 aged from 7 years to 69 years wanting to book a holiday obviously there was lots a different needs to be met - James took on board all of our requirements and he found us the perfect holiday for us all - I couldn't fault James he gave us a few choices to choose from and we all agreed on the hotel and holiday destination - so happy with the price we paid - thank you James we can't wait to go on our holiday ⛱️☀️

Booking a surprise break for my husband to Rome was done at ease thanks to Jake.
I gave a budget and idea on what I wanted. Jake got back to me very quickly with some options to suit.
Jake was very knowledgeable about the area and sights to see. We had a slight query over breakfast once we were there but a quick message to Jake and all sorted for us.

I spoke to Lucie about arranging a holiday in Northern Sicily, giving her my preferences she came back promptly.
Lucie was very mindful of me being a solo traveller, she found direct day flights with transfers to an amazing hotel in Cefalu.
