The Gourmet has great customer support

I ordered some wine from The Gourmet. The listing was for 12 bottles. A carton arrived with only 6. I contacted their customer service, who got back to me promptly, saying they would look into my issue. Within a couple of days, they arranged and sent another 6 bottles. It seems there was an error on the listing, which I understand . However, The Gourmet took ownership of their error and put it right very quickly. It’s refreshing to experience competent customer service and prompt solution to a problem. I will always look to The Gourmet first when I’m looking for online purchases.
