In our busy day-to-day lives, more people are finding it difficult to take time off to see their GP or have to wait on average up to 10 working days to see a GP. We at The GP service provide an Online Doctor service to help diagnose and treat common conditions using our on-line consultation platform. Our aim is to provide a safe, discreet and easy journey for patients who are looking for private medical treatment at their convenience and at a cost that people can afford. Our system allows patients to consult with qualified Doctors with a consultation via online assessment questionnaires or through secure video chat. They can then choose to collect their treatment from any Pharmacy registered with our service. The service also allows Doctors at their sole discretion to provide prescriptions where appropriate as well as referral letters and fit notes. Needed a doc while on vacation

It was so helpful to have this service available while we were visiting the UK. Scheduling was easy and the doctor was quick to diagnose and get me on my way to enjoy vacation!

My father was on holiday when we needed…

My father was on holiday when we needed to speak to a GP we tried NHS 111 who said he would get a call back within 24 hours but to ring them again if we didn’t hear from them (I did explain that my dad gets like this but has had sepsis from the same infection)
Our Gp (or their receptionist!) refused a telephone consult.
So not wanting to spend most of our holiday in a and e I phoned the GP Service
I must say this was the best service we have received from a Dr. He spoke with my father, reviewed his problems and current medication - prescribed him medication and informed him of what to do if symptoms worsened
Thankyou so much for the excellent service which allowed us to carry on with our holiday without spending it in A and E

Taking notes and getting those down was the most important thing for the GP. Consultation took less than 5 minutes.

I don't like that it's taking to long…

The doctors are very good and helpful. The products from them pharmacies are good , but not so many strains to choose . The clinic is good but the pharmacy is taking to long time to accept the prescription,to let you to do the payment and to delivery.
