In our busy day-to-day lives, more people are finding it difficult to take time off to see their GP or have to wait on average up to 10 working days to see a GP. We at The GP service provide an Online Doctor service to help diagnose and treat common conditions using our on-line consultation platform. Our aim is to provide a safe, discreet and easy journey for patients who are looking for private medical treatment at their convenience and at a cost that people can afford. Our system allows patients to consult with qualified Doctors with a consultation via online assessment questionnaires or through secure video chat. They can then choose to collect their treatment from any Pharmacy registered with our service. The service also allows Doctors at their sole discretion to provide prescriptions where appropriate as well as referral letters and fit notes. For full details and charges, please refer to our Terms and Conditions on this site.

My doctor Dr Diane Leung was brilliant,
an excellent listener , kind and through.
Consultation couldn't have been better .
My situation was unusual and both the doctor and administrative staff followed up to do their best to ensure I got what I needed.
Quickly arranged, GP understood my concerns, was very informative and reassuring.
Great service from start to finish. Emails replied to promptly. Couldn't ask for better service.
The ability of a tourist to get GP advice on a Sunday in a city with the health system on its knees was deeply appreciated.
Amazing new booking/contact system very easy to use with a very fast response. So much easier than being on hold for ages.

Very rapid response, and shorter waiting time

The actual appointment was fine, absolutely no issues with the medical advice and issue prescription.
However I didn’t want to download the App or set up an account

A month after my (very expensive) consultation with the Treat-it clinic operated by the GP Service, they have failed to provide the medication they prescribed. The prescription has been cancelled three times due to 'stock issues' and despite many queries no one at this clinic can give me a credible timescale for when they will supply the medication I have paid for. They brand themselves as the 'most trusted clinic' in the UK - well they are not trusted by me.

Very quick and easy. And relatively inexpensive at €49 plus prescription.

My last prescription took three weeks of emails back and forth to finally get a prescription delivered to me and this time seems to be shaping up the same.
There is no pharmacy list of current available strains with stock levels so I have to look on Medbudwiki and it would appear that the information on there is unreliable. I looked on the Specials Pharma page and chose strains with supposedly good stock levels however one of them is now out of stock despite Medbudwiki claiming the pharmacy is holding 10kg!
So now my prescription has gone back for a rewrite and if past experience is anything to go by I will now find out that another strain has now gone out of stock and we will begin yet another iteration of rewrites.
This is an untenable position and I note that competitors such as Alternaleaf have they're own pharmacy and up to date strain lists on their own portal. In my opinion you need to get reliable stock details for patients and perhaps a more reliable partner pharmacy.
I've been happy with your clinic up until this point but I cannot spare the time or energy to be undertaking a prescription refill process that takes several weeks and which I have to drive. Unfortunately unless things improve I will be looking to another clinic to meet my needs.

Excellent service, easy to get an appointment same day and within a couple of hours or even sooner. Prescription sent to the pharmacy of your choice. Doctor’s note issued for work which allowed me time to recover without stressing. Customer service is excellent if any issue with appointment timings occurs. Highly recommend.

So easy to book online, the video call app was so simple to use. The doctor was excellent, prompt and helpful. Really saved my life on a Sunday as well! Highly recommended.
