Our system allows patients to consult with qualified Doctors with a consultation via online assessment questionnaires or through secure video chat. They can then choose to collect their treatment from any Pharmacy registered with our service. It has been a really bad experience form the start. The only part that was reasonably satisfactory was my initial video call appointment.
Getting hold of people or even getting a response is extremely poor and have waited a few days before receiving any form of contact.
The medication provided is of really poor standard and did nothing for me apart from dry out my tongue 🤪 and made me feel in the sick side.
Overall, a very poor service and product which leaves me with no hope going forward. I have put in a complaint and also have asked how to cancel my subscription.
We will see how long it takes to get a response and I will be following this up with cancard. I do wonder if anyone else has felt as disappointed to the point that they feel like they have been conned???
It says "Total £49" in absolutely huge letters and then they charge you 69. Other than this, the service works very well. But hidden charges or misleading info means automatic 1 star for me.

I had a lovely consultation with Joanne who was very patient and kind who had great advice where needed. I am now a patient (new) once my prescription was sorted it arrived promptly and I’m looking forward to my follow up appointment to see how I’m doing. 😊
