Once the IT connection issues were sorted, the GP appointment was straightforward and quickly gave a diagnosis and treatment outcome.
After consultation I was given online prescripton which no pharmacy would dispense. Many phone calls from pharmacist at Boots etc took almost 2 hours.
Simple prescription UK guidelines not in place on prescription.
Lost £49.99 and ended up with nothing.

3rd time using the gp service, I hadn’t been well for over a month and not able to book an appointment with my gp. I was able to book an appointment the same day with Dr Tony Edet who was patient and helpful. Medicines prescribed and my illness cured within a week. Highly recommended as for the money it is well worthwhile. If i had taken a day off to see my local gp, it would of cost me 4 times the amount i paid the Gp service. Will definitely be using the sevice for my whole family. Thank you.
Heartless missed management. They have just rip me off £49 for not talk to the the doctor. The staf was calling asked if I was ready I said yes. He hanged up. No instruction and didn't say anything. They didnt cal back, I was waiting for 20 minutes. Nothing happening. All I got was the invoice. I asked my money back he said that not possible. They just want my money not human health. Not even worry for missed communications.
The service was efficient and the GP was thorough and to the point .
I think the time it takes for my prescription to be processed, sent to the pharmacy and then sent to me, is a little slow. Other services are able to complete that process in less than 24hrs, where as I wait longer for the prescription to even be approved, then another day or so for the pharmacy to acknowledge it.
Had such a fantastic experience. Had a really considerate and wonderful doctor who really assisted me. I was a bit worried with the whole virtual app session but it was stress free and had no issues with the app or the call. The notes received were useful to have and got the issues sorted. Will deffo use again if needed
After another predictable let down from NHS 111, I was in desperate need to see a GP.
I found The GP Service through a Google search and was able to book an appointment late the night before on. Saturday night for first thing Sunday morning. The DR was so helpful, and resolved my issue.
The prescription was sent to boots where I was able to pick it up as soon as Boots opened. I would definitely use them again and would rather pay and be seen quicker than the Dire service the NHS is offering.
Appointment was booked and the consultation was great. Doctor was very thorough asking lots of questons and giving explanations and advice. He issued a prescription for antibiotics and I found a large Boots pharmacy that was open on a Sunday which I nominated. I was advised by the service admin that they would check the tablets were in stock and I would receive an email. This never arrived and I couldnt contact the admin dept. I drove to the pharmacy and took my login details etc. They logged into their system and confirmed tablets in stock. The end result was perfect, just a bit stressful when the admin phone wasnt answered after the consultation.
Overseas visitor in UK; Tested positive for covid on Sept 11, GP consult for paxlovid due to history of Immunocompromise. GP was lovely and provided a prescription. Was unable to obtain paxlovid at 6 different pharmacies in 2 cities. Advised to call NHS111 which was no help. By day 5, and many wasted hours, my symptoms had resolved, and I was still unable to obtain the prescription. The service should be better informed about covid protocols in the UK, particularly around paxlovid availability.

I feel listened to and valued which I can't say I have felt when physically seeing a GP at my local practice.
The Dr was exceptional, professional but empathetic offered good advice and as I needed medication the prescription was available for collection within a few hours and out of courtesy I received an email from the pharmacy with the collection time on it.
Highly recommend this company and I will definitely use again in the future.
