I really liked the ordering process because i was updated all the time, I could choose a delivery place nearby and I didn’t had to wait that long. Anyway I was a little disappointed when I saw the product because it wasn’t the color I expected it to be from the pictures.
Still the material felt very good!

There was a mistake on the website so an item that I wanted wasn't available in my size. They emailed me very kindly and gave some suggestions on other (similar) options. My other items came in really quick and I love them, the sizes are right as well. I even got a little personal thank you note, very nice!

Sustainable and well crafted products
The item I ordered didnt fully seem to meet the description of it but owner replied satisfactory when i asked about it.

I thought that there maybe was an error on the jacket I bought and they made sure with the company that everything was okay! Still very happy with the purchase and the service. Would recommend to everyone!

Great shopping experience. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because there was no confirmation send about the order. When I contacted the company via app there was a quick and Nice respons.

I was away when I got the email saying that my order had arrived.
Today I got back from my vacations and went straight looking for my delivery.
I was shocked when I saw my delivery wrapped around many layers of plastic wrap , not to my surprise the cardboard box was all smashed under the wrap .
When I finally opened the box , there was my backpack , just like the picture, the only problem that I can point is that the backpack came dirty, it has white spots of dirt .
I don’t blame the green labels for this since it’s probably the delivery’s company fault , green labels cardboard box looked quite eco-friendly, it’s a pity that it was all smashed .
I’m only sad because green labels promised that their shipping was sustainable and conscious , if so you guys should choose wiser the shipping companies that you use.
It’s probably not your fault, and I really admire your initiative of creating an brand that sells more environmental options, this initiative helps us walk to a more conscious future. I only hope that you guys understand my part , the deception that I felt when I found my delivery in that state , my backpack dirty , you cardboard box smashed and worst of all covered in tons of layers of plastic wrap.
