Placed an order but didn't receive it till 28 days later, no option / consideration to recuve items sooner.
Now some items I don't need becuase I went elsewhere to obtain due to needing them sooner... Not worth it.

Terrible customer service, fake tracking #, high price for China products

the ex-petite L pants fit me perfect for 5'0 to bad you don't have this size for all colors and stiles pants that you advertise.

Apparently I ordered as a guest, not sure how that happen since I had ordered before but . . . . Nothing in the order fits. When I try to request a return, Halara cannot find my order, even when I search by order number.
I have tried unsuccessfully to contact them. There is no phone # and on line searches just keep saying I don't have any orders. As much as I like their jeans, I will not order from them again.

Love the clothing and at great prices. Happy they have the petite length. My only issue is that I have tried their shorts a few times and they are always too tight.

Returns are not easy and it's not show on the site. I have done two returns and both were different. This last time I had to pay my own postage.

I got two pair of pants the jeans with the white stripes on the side, they feel great and love them 😁

Loved the jeans I got! Shipping took a bit of time but overall, I loved my purchases.

Sent my accident one leg is shorter than the other so I have a hard time finding pants that I can fit well and just need to hem one leg. Also I can't bend my knees enough. So all my pants have to be very soft dates felt beautiful.They're comfortable and stylish. I don't believe there's anything you need to change. I would definitely recommend you to other people. Especially people who have trouble finding pants to repeat their needs. Yes I will buy again in the future

Order took too long to receive. Only one of 3 items was backorder. It is not made clear when ordering that the entire order will be held back until all items are available. If I had known that I would have canceled the back order item. Clothes were meant for a vacation trip and the package arrived three days after I came home from vacation. Not happy.
