Return your goods if you change your mind

Not entirely happy? We'll take back re-saleable goods

We'll take back products, even if you've simply changed your mind, provided they're returned within 28 days of delivery; are (in our opinion) unused, unassembled, undamaged and capable of reselling; and are in their original packaging. Please note: you'll need to pay the cost of returning the goods (unless they're faulty or wrongly delivered). Bespoke, printed or personalised products are excluded (as they cannot be re-sold); in the case of a part return, any discount related to the size of the original order will be recalculated. Excellent company with excellent customer service

Fantastic service and prompt reply to email query. Through no fault of the hanger store Royal Mail mucked up the delivery when I couldn’t get anywhere with Royal Mail I contacted the hanger store Direct and they dispatched the item the same day with no questions.. so nice to deal with a company that’s got excellent customer service! Highly recommend!
