Ive been using hanger store for the last 18 months and found them to be very reliable and very helpful, whenever i call up. Only downside is you can't download your invoice when you log onto your account and need to call up and ask for invoice to be sent. But to be honths this isn't such a big issue

Amazing!
I was looking for some new hangers for my new wardrobe and found this store.
I ordered some slip non slip and some trouser hangers. When I checked out through Amazon, my address defaulted Essex in it. I don’t live in Essex so I called their number and explained and it was changed there on the spot no robot, no press 1 no issues a very helpful and lovely gentleman on the phone. Then the hangers arrived the next day. At first I thought it was a scam email as it was just so quick but no they arrived so fast with fedEx. Unfortunately one of my hangers had a slight chip in it so I emailed customer services and asked for a replacement to be sent. Again, no issues they were so helpful and it arrived the next day. Only what I thought was going to be a replacement for my one hanger turned out to be 5 brand new ones.
I will definitely be shopping here again and will highly recommended this store.

What an absolutely fantastic company providing some of the best customer service I have come across.
I pleased an order and had a slight issue with it. In one phone call my issue was resolved and a replacement delivery arrived the very next day.
Sadly I have had to return my order and again the level of support I received has been exceptional.
It is so reassuring to know if you order something from a company and you need post purchase help that you’ll meet a super friendly and efficient team like the one at The Hanger Store.

I ordered belt organiser hanger. Its a good quality, well made product. There was a problem with the delivery courier. Phoned the Hanger Store about this, their customer service was great. They got on to the issue immediately and resolved it.

A simple order fulfilled with speed and efficiency, with good tracking communications too. Thank you.

Great company with quality products at reasonable prices and free postage. I bought something and wanted to return it and they gave me a free return label, they forgot to refund it after a month but as soon as I reminded them they sent it through which seems like just an honest error which can happen. I then bought something more suitable which I’m happy with. Overall good experience and customer service so will still give 5 star

May I say the Hanger store has great customer service I would recommend this company to anyone I ordered a hundred hangers on Wednesday the 9th I sent them an email asking if I could have the hangers by Friday stroke Saturday they sent me an email the next day they had sent my parcel out Express with parcel force and it arrived at 8 o'clock this morning couldn't be happier with them their fit for purpose what I want to use them for

Very prompt delivery of some nice FSC hangers. Good quality at a reasonable price. Very pleased at how neat my wardrobe looks now!

I bought a long dress bag for an evening gown. Delivery was prompt and the bag is excellent quality with full length zip. Price was very reasonable. I will now order again.

Good value, prompt service and great communication (when I made a mistake when ordering, it was quickly sorted out)

Ordered the clips to go with the velvet hangers that I had previously ordered. Quite a few of them didn't open very wide and I had trouble fitting them over the waist of the trousers. They also did stay in one place on the hanger and kept sliding about. I would not bother to order these again!

Ordered over 2 weeks ago, sent an email saying dispatched, but tracking still says royal mail haven't received package, can't contact them, and have ignored my email too.

The velvet hangers are exactly as described - they look nice, are functional and prevent the clothes from slipping down, which is exactly what I was after.
Unfortunately Royal Mail initially failed to deliver the parcel as instructed, however the Sales team was very quick to fix the issue and arranged for replacements to be despatched immediately. Very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Thank you!

First order from this store but certainly not the last one. I looked around for decent hangers with broader shoulderparts that do not make the clothes slip. They arrived speedily, well packaged in a large enough box, and they are just brilliant. Good hangers make such a difference to your clothes' shoulder areas. The price is also good. Definitely highly recommended to order your hangers from here.

There was a slight problem with an order of coat hangers. The Hanger Store reacted promptly and my problem was resolved within 48 hours.
