Order vaseline for 99p which is a bargain...what with the free delivery! Arrived quickly and damage free; perfect for christmas :-)

I am still waiting for the delivery of my product despite the fact of being told that the package had been dispatched on the 6th December. It is now the 19th December and no sign of my delivery - however would point out that the Company were quick enough to take the money out of my account!!!!

After difficulty placing my order, the product was out of stock and I was not informed, but just kept waiting. As this was a Christmas gift I eventually rang you to be told that my order had been part despatched and that the other product was currently out of tock. When I asked if it would be in before Christmas I was told that they had no idea!
I pointed out that if I had been told that it was out of stock I would not have ordered it and the second item I ordered was only to make the cost up to £30 so I did not pay postage.
The whole experience has been time consuming and disappointing. I will not be using this company again

Ordered 2 items and received one promptly a few weeks ago but still waiting for the second to arrive - not gven any explanation as to the delay. Not very impressed, have needed this item before, which is why I ordered it long before I did.

Bought couple of things from healthcounter, received items on time , very quick service and also the quality product with good packaging. Highly recommended.

I hunted around for the best deals on the web. Then I landed on The Health Counter. I am not one to really buy off websites that I have never heard of but they really were the best deal. So I went with it, and am truly glad I did. My packet arrived the next day (or maybe it was two days later)...It felt super fast!!! I am an Amazon buff all the way but I realize now that I should be hunting around because then you find little treats like this website. I will be back over and over again! Just try it out and you'll know what I mean!

I gave my work address for the item to be sent to so I didn't have to waste time going to the post office but the item was still sent to my home address.
When I checked my account details it clearly gave my work address as the delivery address so why they got it wrong I don't know.
When I received the email saying the item had been dispatched I contacted them and they said there was nothing they could do because it had already been dispatched.
I don't think I'll be using them again as I can get the same product for the same price and have it sent to the address that I want

Just fabulous service, price and speedy delivery

even now, only partially dispatched.... not quick enough, as I ordered things for my daughter at university, she had stomach flu so couldn't get out herself.. by the time the partial parcel was received, she was over her symptoms, therefore, pretty pointless exercise really.

I have not used this company before but will again. I was able to find the product that I was looking for “Simple Hair Conditioner” my local shops don’t often stock it and when they do it is more than double the cost of this supplier hence I bought enough to last me a year. I will definitely recommend them.
Delivery service was exceptional

Bought the items I wanted with minimal fuss, spent £50 so got free delivery which was very rapid ( I think 2 days). Only thing I would suggest as an area of improvement - would be nice to be able to buy generics such as chlorphenamine or cetirizine without a prescription as the piriton and clarityn etc is very expensive.
