Brilliant!
Caitlin was absolutely superb in improving my hearing and confidence dramatically. She cleared my blocked ears, gave me a hearing test and measured me for all-new aids and moulds all on our first meeting.
Previously all these things would have been carried out by different people at different surgeries on different dates.
And it was all done with such charm and professional skill that I feel as though I cannot express my appreciation enough ..

Great service.
My husband went to Plas Med for an assessment Sajana was excellent explaining clearly what my husband had to do regarding his hearing test.
He was fitted with hearing aids and what a difference it has made I cannot remember the last time I spoke to my husband without having to shout or repeat myself.
Excellent service and an extremely knowledgeable and caring audiologist.

Fantastic experience. Raj was very supportive, and clear about what was happening.He showed me the test results, which was nice to see. He adjusted my new hearing aids, and showed me how to alter them with my phone.
