Edit: there's no order number. This was a reason I contacted you. I wasn't able to place an order. I sent email, I used you website, also on facebook no answer. So sad that I had to give 1 star to get in touch with you.

You have chosen economy delivery 3-5 working days from our website...
So Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, 3 days...
Saturday they have delivered the parcel according to Royal mail tracking system...
So you had your parcel in 4 days...
We strongly believe the 3 star review is unfair to us, as we have sent your parcel for 48 hours delivery to have it on Thursday, but royal mail probably due to high volume of parcels after Easter delayed the parcel a bit, but all in all they have delivered the parcel in the timeframe you have chosen in our website, 3-5 working days delivery...
