I had an issue with delivery of my item, after a brief exchange with customer service I was able to get a replacement shipped. Received that one with no problem. Would do business again.

Very satisfied. I needed to change the delivery address, they responded very promptly and within a few minutes the change was visible online. Within a few days I was enjoying the improvement of my audio system.

I ordered an Ladder Chopin from this company on 3rd November 2025. On 4th November, I cancelled my order (due to an unforseen event). I emailed the company and apologised that I had to cancel and they were fine with that saying the refund would be issued forthwith. As of 10th December 2025, they still have not issued a refund and will not answer emails. I advise anyone not to deal with this company. They are scamming people. In my case, £1186.

Had ordered space travel 2 ultra with case. The deal was better then entire market and showed expected delivery on 27 but got 1 day earlier that is on 26 basically took only 9 days to be delivered even though it was international shipping. Really happy with purchase.
