The Hills is a magnificent hideaway in the hills of St. John with a commanding view overlooking Cruz Bay and St. Thomas. It's a beautiful compound of modern villas with great amenities and excellent service. We loved our stay there and will go back again.

The Best Place for Familes or Groups of Friends!!
This is our 4 th time staying at “The Hills”.
This year, we invited 40 guests to join us for a special occasion, our daughters wedding. The villas were perfect! Everyone raved about how beautiful and unique each one was. We enjoyed entertaining everyone on the terrace which overlooked Cruz bay. The sunsets were spectacular. You can’t beat the location.. minutes from downtown restaurants and a short ride to all the amazing beaches. Lastly, I have to give a shout out to the entire crew too! From Nicole who helped with booking, Dave, who owns and manages Sea Glass vacations to Paula and Carley who are onsite helping to check you in and anything else that you might need throughout your stay. We can’t wait to come back😊

St John is a little piece of beachy heaven. The Hills is an incredible place to stay. We stayed in “The Seagrape” and couldn’t be more pleased. It’s clean, quiet, gated and very nice.
The beds were comfortable. (I have a bad back and often go home from vacation with back pain, I didn’t this time).
The view of Cruz Bay was incredible. The roads are narrow and twisty and some are poorly marked but the detailed driving instructions took us right to the gate.
Beach chairs and a cooler were provided for our use. We really appreciated that.
Having a washer and dryer in the unit was especially convenient.
I’d go back tomorrow if I could, will definitely return!

My friends and I had an excellent stay at the Royal Palm Villa in The Hills Saint John. The villa itself was gorgeous and had plenty of space for us to relax, and the facilities like the pool and gym were great ways to unwind. Carly, our host, was incredibly helpful in answering any questions we had about The Hills as well as the island in general. I highly recommend vacationing here!

Gorgeous property!! Has sit own clubhouse for eating drinking etc near the pool. Hosts were great, would defiantly travel there again. It quiet up in the hill above Cruz bay town. Fully appointed kitchen and outdoor grill. About a 5 min taxi ride, which you’ll want if going back up the hill. Taxis readily available even in covid off season. Near the Westin, national park, etc. We didn’t use the care rental may know so maybe stay a day or two and decide. Views of other islands and sunsets can’t be beat!! Definitely recommended, gated community too. excellent price point for the property (off season). Thanks for letting us stay at you wonderful property!

Despite covid situation our stay was fantastic at the hills.

This is my FAVORITE place to stay on St. John! The views are spectacular, the staff (Carly & Paula) are caring, personable and quick to respond to even the simplest requests. Every unit is beautiful but we love the Frangipani villa because it has it's own private pool.
The club house has a common area pool and fitness room for your enjoyment. Cobblestone throughout, lovely architecture, an amazing mermaid statue greets you at the gates when you arrive. And did I mention the AMAZING VIEWS!
Nicole Wine at VacationVI is also wonderful to work with, don't want to forget to give her props on helping us reschedule during the COVID pandemic. We appreciate everything about this group.

Simply amazing! Elegant! That view!

The house was comfortable and well stocked with everything you need, minus any cooking condiments like salt, pepper, oil etc... it would have been nice to just have the bare basics. Prices are very expensive on the island and you use very little.
Responses to enquiries are slow.
You can tell the property is ran by a management group, rather than individuals. There isn’t any extras and not as personable.
Overall the house met our needs, but we will choose a different location next time we visit.

This is a fabulous house and a great location - close to everything. Carly (our greeter) was wonderful and the amenities fit us perfectly. I highly recommend this property and this company.
