I currently have 2 beautiful pieces from the hippie shake and my goodness am I going to be ordering again! The quality of the stitching, the detailing, and the all around style is to die for! Shipping also didn’t take long AT ALL, and I had my dresses in about a week! I will definitely be purchasing other pieces in the very near future!

Loving every collection and always get compliments about the clothes, I find the quality great.The order usually is very quick delivery. The sizes are usually spot on although I have not tried any of the trousers. I have found customer service very helpful when I asked about a pre order dress . The biggest problem is deciding what I am going to choose.

i adore the pieces i’ve gotten over the last few years, a pair of boots, a dress, a top, all very good quality, i love that every piece is cotton 🩵

I absolutely LOVE the Hippie Shake. I'm a repeat customer over a few years. However, their zip up boots are not for wide calved girlies. Sadly i can't get my beautiful boots to zip up. However, I definitely recommend the lace up boots. They are fantastic quality and are sooo comfy.

I’m a massive hippie Shake fan. I have so many of their boots. They are perfection. From the design to the comfort of the fit. They are so unique! I also have lots of their vests and dresses. It’s a brand that curates their collections with so much care and dedication. Shipping is super fast too.

I have been a big fan of this brand for a few years now and have wanted pieces since the beginning. When the house of the rising sun collection came out, I decided to finally buy one of their afghan coats and the corduroy pants from this collection. I waited quite a while for it to be shipped out and it got delayed quite a few times (not a problem per say, but a little frustrating). When i finally recieved the pieces i was very dissapointed and saddened by the quality… The closure hooks on the coat bend out of shape just by wearing and i have to bend them back to close the coat. The pants had loose threads and stitch Marlins everywhere and after one wash a lot of the beading was gone. I was also not thrilled by the quality of the fabric of these pants and though it was cotton, it felt very thin and not like a fabric that would last long. Sadly i was too late for a refund or to ship it back, but I did want to leave this review about my experience for future customers. The customer service was lovely and very patient with me when I had questions about my order though!

The Hippie Shake is one of the greatest modern day fashion brands doing retro styles. I own quite a few pieces and every single one are top notch quality. Highly recommended!!!

I adore The Hippie Shake. Not only are the clothes superb quality (not fast fashion), you won’t find pieces like these elsewhere.
Customer service is always super helpful and I’ve never had any issues with dispatch or delivery.

Truly my favourite brand. Such unique well made clothing and it comes so fast. I love the free shipping! I own so many of these clothes and get compliments like crazy when I wear them. My only sadness is that the pants don’t come with different lengths and often can’t be shortened by a tailor since they have embroidered bottoms. I know as a small brand it’s hard to have multiple pant lengths but us short queens would super appreciate it. Either way tho they deserve 5 stars! No words can describe how much I adore these clothes.

I love The Hippie Shake! I’ve been shopping with them for couple years now and have had nothing but positive experiences. The clothes are beautiful and of a high quality. I get nothing but compliments when I’m out. I love the detail and time that goes into everything they do.

Hippie Shake is my all-time favourite clothes shop. I have been ordering from them for 4+ years. The designs are stunning, material is insane quality, they never use real animal products (fur, leather, etc), and are sustainable, so are vegan-friendly. Shipping has always been speedy. I have ordered from there a dozen times, and from their reloved site a couple of times, and never had any issues. They frequently release new collections and every piece seems to have thought and love poured into its creation.

The -1 star is is only relevant for fellow XXS girlies.
I can't give it four stars because, unfortunately, they are not the most size-inclusive. They go down to a size 6 only, so every dress I buy that is supposed to be fitted, I have to pay to get altered. It has cost me a fortune (I know, I need to learn how to do it myself!). The jeans are the same unfortunately, and the belts look strange as they have to gather so much material. I appreciate they are a small company, but size 6 always seems to sell-out first, so I am sure there are lots of others who would appreciate this choice. I would buy 10x more items if I knew they would look right on me and didn't have to pay an extra amount to get it altered to fit right (I swear their 'size 6' jeans are more like a size 8). I will add that their size 6 jumpsuits fit great for a size 4s, just nothing else unless it is meant to be baggy.

I’ve now had several issues with orders being delayed, and each time I’ve only found out after chasing Hippie Shake myself.

They’ve never contacted me proactively to explain the delay. This has happened multiple times I’ve already cancelled a couple of orders because of it, and now that it’s happened again, it’s left a bad taste and will likely put me off ordering in future I don't normally write reviews but felt the need to.

It’s a shame because I genuinely love the style.

The pieces are beautiful, unique, and really stand out there’s nowhere quite like Hippie Shake. But repeated poor communication and return issues being charged to return for such expensive pieces make it hard to justify ordering again.

Plus as another review said seeing so many influencers getting free clothing on my FYP is getting frustrating. I'm aware delays happen but it's a consistent pattern generally wouldn't mind if I was told before hand there's a delay.

After many months of visiting the hippie shake site I finally clicked purchase on the Penny Lane Coat. As someone from the US and not super familiar with UK sizing I relied heavily on the measurements listed on the website to choose my size. Deciding to size up so that I could layer it with sweaters, the fit is perfect.

My coat arrived promptly and exactly as pictured on the site.

Not only is the coat beautiful and comfortable, it is very warm. I was recently unexpectedly caught in a rain storm and while the coat itself got wet, I stayed dry underneath. The green did bleed a little on the arms into the fur cuffs after so I wouldn’t recommend wearing it if you know you’re going to get wet.

All in all I would 100% recommend the hippie shake. The clothing is beautiful and well made and I’m looking forward to purchasing more items from them. I only wish that the pants offered multiple inseam lengths because I’m too tall to wear the size they offer.

The sizing is really off and every time you have to do a return you pay for it, the quality of the material also doesn’t seem to be worth the price tag even though the style is great.

Fast and good shipping to Denmark and the piece was a total dream of a garment. Very well made and something to be worn for years to come ❤️ Very happy with my purchase

Sizing is too small. It’s frustrating .
