Holiday Island Tours and Travels LLC is legit.... Yes, they are LEGIT PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS, FRAUDSTERS AND CHEATERS!!!
The scheme of this company is they have a kiosk in groceries and asked people to fill up a raffle ticket for free.
Few days later, you will receive a call and message that you have won from that raffle draw.
And, to claim the prizes, you have to come to a hotel where an event is ongoing.
Aside for giving the prizes, they will offer you anniversary promo travel package which includes the travel ticket, hotel stay with breakfast voucher, full expensed-paid itinerary and visa processing, etc.
The package was well explained by their agents and they said it will be paid on installment plan for 12 months which is not true instead, it is a one time payment to your bank. They will even show you some photos, newspaper articles, phone messages to convince you they are legit.
By the time you plan your travel, they will disappear and not respond to your emails and calls. They will do all their rotten delaying tactics.
If ever they replied or give you a call, they will never ever give you clear confirmation for your planned travel.

Scammers… they take your money and provide you with no service whatsoever. And then when you leave reviews warning others about them, they try to take down your review. Do not fall for their offers or “prizes”, etc. They are all scams.

They want your money. The scenario is same. Cheap gifts and voucher for a travel which will never happen. Why on earth they can do this freely in Dubai!

They do the fraud, be away from them. I have lost thousands of dirham, working to file a case on them.

It is truly a scam company.
I am going through the same situation as the people explaining before me. I am still trying to get my package done. And this would be my last try. After this I am going to file a case against them and will invite everyone to join me to get our money back and keep more people safe from this scam company.

Holiday island is a scam company . My mistake I should check on internet their bad reviews before going there. They called for the rubbish gift. This is the big scam . They spread their vouchers to collect people contacts when they collect enough contacts then they call you won a price. They are playing and scamming uae people. We know no body can do scam in uae. But they are doing scam with innocent people of uae.

I joined on invitation. Offered me better rate than market. They offered me choice of flight the day and time. So took a halt flight, and visited 2 countries instead of 1. They assisted me for schenzen visa, because I had schenzen visa before, I got multiple entry visa this time. My experience with them has been great. A good point is that company is operating in uae. That is such a big thing cause you can't operate illegally in uae. I would only suggest one thing to others who have posted reviews here, try talking to company. They are very helpful.
