This is the 3rd time I've purchased flooring from this store and their service is first class

The matting was badly cut and poor rolled.
It also arrived bent, but that could have down to the Courier.

Good quality lino and good customer service

This is exactly like the photo and info given really good quality we are very pleased it has turned an untidy space into a warm and cozy utility room.

Very happy with this company I’ve had a few carpets from them and they always deliver when they say

One star is because I can't write review without no stars. I order wrong vinyl and asked them to cancel it with in 12 hours of the order via online chat and send an email too. The agent agree to cancel it on line. Then after 4 days I receive a phone call saying they have to keep 25% of the value of the vinyl as it is already cut. The order wasn't cancel by the first agent.
basically for their mistake they are charging me 25% of the whole value.
So be worn this is not a trust worthy company when needed customer service. Once you pay the money you have no say.

First off, sadly due to courier issues at Tuffnells (for which I’m quite unhappy with courier), I never actually got my order; instead was issued a refund as a result.

But I cannot fault how The Home Flooring Store dealt with my case;

My sincere appreciation and thanks go to Jordon on the Customer Service team there who tried her hardest to ensure I could get my order.

Unfortunately my order was stuck in my local delivery depot with Tuffnells unable to shift it and deliver it to me for about a week.

But Jordon tried her best to get it delivered to me; even sending out a replacement or even phoning to see if id be able to collect it.

Unfortunately lots of options and trying didn't succeed so we had to go through the refund option, otherwise id be waiting constantly for my order to arrive.

Either way, Jordon needs to be recognised and commended in her high level of customer service skills and outstanding effort that never failed. I hope she goes far - thankyou for the work you do.

I will be shopping with The Home Flooring Store in the future, just saddened that the courier was unable to play its part on this occasion.

My only recommendation would to change delivery partner for the future as a result of this situation :)

Quality is ok at the minute but it’s not been through a winter yet so can’t comment

Great service, all round! The samples of our carpet arrived quickly. It might have only been an offcut, that we required, but we still had five star service. We ordered our carpet, and it arrived when they said it would. What more could you ask?

Ordering, delivery and customer service is 5*****, thank you.

Our carpet is flawed and we were advised it would rectify itself within a few weeks, but it’s still not good.

Can’t fault anything, except the carpet itself sadly - this is a real shame as it would have been a 5 star otherwise :(
