Glen has provided excellent service going above and beyond to help secure delivery of a pool table in half the quoted time from the manufacturer. Communication has been second to none and although the table hasn’t been delivered yet I would highly recommend the home games company
Top Marks for The Home Games Company!
Just wanted to give a shoutout to The Home Games Company for a brilliant experience! I recently purchased a pool table from them, and the entire process was seamless.
Here's what impressed me:
Great website: Easy to navigate and find exactly what I was looking for.
Smooth checkout: Ordering was quick and painless.
Fast delivery: Got my pool table delivered in no time!
Excellent communication: Kept me updated throughout the process.
Overall, a fantastic experience! The pool table is top quality, and I'm already enjoying some epic games with friends. If you're looking for any games room essentials, I highly recommend checking out The Home Games Company. #HappyCustomer #PoolTableFun #TheHomeGamesCompany
After speaking with Glen on the phone and with the team on chat a couple of times, I felt reassured and excited about taking the step to get a pool table for the back room. I was able to go a size bigger than I'd thought as well after checking the room size guide, so that was great, and the whole thing was smooth, from when I first found The Home Games Co on google, all the way to delivery and installation. It was especially fun when family came over for Xmas. Special thanks to Glen for the support throughout. Cheers!

Thank you for the belated review, Chris. Glad your experience was a positive one :) Happy New Year!
Well that was easy..! I was honestly SO nervous about ordering a pool table online for my partner, but I needn't have worried. Customer service was so helpful on live chat, and actually following all the steps to customise the table was easy (I took the liberty of choosing the cloth to suit the decor of the house, as I can't say the green my partner wanted would have worked! Anyway, he was still happy cos it looks great, haha). Other than that, it arrived as promised and in time to help with the January Blues, so we're all happy!

P.S. Good decision on the cloth colour!
