Clock damaged upon delivery
Clock damaged upon delivery. Dented. Also little hand bent upwards. I didn't have a contact so I couldn't report it. I've bent back the little hand and have hung it on my garden shed. I do love it but keep seeing the dent. X

Broken item received and I have been…
Broken item received and I have been trying to get hold of them via phone, email, facebook. Today I received an email to say they do not work 24hrs!!!...what's that all about. Obviously there is something not quite right with this person because no-one customer focused would reply in working hours and not address the issue!!...buy from elsewhere stsy clear of this company. I will be ringing trading standards and the police.
