One of my purchases was broken on arrival. I sent an email (twice)and a photo of the damaged item.
Unfortunately there has been no acknowledgement to my email. Not good customer service.

Recieved incorrect order. Hard to communicate with customer service as they only open 9am-3pm. Eventually told the item I'd ordered was out of stock and I'd be refunded. Very disappointed!
