Lauren at The Home Movement has just assisted us over the last 9 months with the sale of our home. It wasn’t the easiest journey with lots of bumps among the way, but Lauren was there at every hurdle right to the very end! Every step of the way, Lauren went above and beyond to help in any way she could! Always communicating with us and providing the very best service. I’ll be forever grateful to Lauren for taking away a lot of the stress of selling our home, she truly is amazing. I can’t recommend The Home Movement enough if you’re looking to sell your home!

We first met Nicola from The Home Movement when she showed us around a property we were interested in buying. We were immediately impressed by her deep knowledge of the house and the renovation work the owners had completed. This was a refreshing and completely different experience from the high-street estate agents we've encountered, who often just send a freelance accompanied viewer with a key rather than someone who actually knows anything about the house. We knew right away that we wanted Nicola to be our agent.

We had Nicola come and value our house, and thanks to her expertise and approach, we sold our property quickly. The real value of her service, however, became clear during the subsequent search for our new home. After our initial purchase fell through, we were supported by Nicola every step of the way. She was always just a phone call or a WhatsApp message away and was an invaluable resource, providing us with useful property reports on houses we were viewing.

When we finally found our new home, Nicola was on the ball, proactively chasing solicitors and keeping the process moving forward. Her dedication and hands-on approach made a huge difference.

I honestly can't recommend Lauren highly enough. I tried to sell my flat for 18 months, and throughout the entire process, she was by my side. We faced some real challenges, especially around BSF fire safety and cladding remediation works, which understandably put a lot of potential buyers off. But Lauren never wavered, she remained consistently positive, incredibly supportive, and always helpful.

She wasn’t just an estate agent; over time, she became a friend. Whether I needed solid advice, a pep talk, or even just a shoulder to cry on, she was there. She's super talented, a brilliant communicator, and kept me updated every step of the way. Lauren was amazing from start to finish. Having problems with other estate agents, I decided to give Lauren a call, everything was smooth sailing from that point onwards. She had the house sold within weeks of taking it on, and helped get it finalised and the keys handed over within seven weeks of accepting the offer. Can’t recommend her enough.

I sold my house with Nicola at the Home Movement and she was brilliant! With traditional estate agents you have to wait for office opening hours to get in touch with someone, end up on hold and having to wait half a day for someone to get back to you. With Nicola I could drop her a WhatsApp message with any questions at any time - evenings and weekends - and she would respond promptly. She kept us informed every step of the way, and because she is the one point of contact, she knew everything that was going on with my sale. Her recommended conveyancer and EPC man were also fab. I think her modern approach of using drone video footage and social media really helped the get my house noticed. We had 8 viewings booked for the week after it was live on the market and 3 offers. Quick and straightforward sale! All completed in about 3 months! Couldn't be happier :) Highly recommend. Cost was the same as traditional estate agent and I feel we got so much more!!

We met Lauren of the aptly named The Home Movement when she showed us around a property we went on to buy. Lauren impressed me and my husband immediately by her calm manner, and gentle, no pressure approach to sales. Lauren clearly knew the property well and was able to answer any questions we had, and cleverly drew our attention to the positive attributes of the property, whilst allowing us time to explore and draw our own conclusions. We knew straight away that Lauren had the right skills to sell our own house and she lived up to and exceeded our expectations by finding us a lovely buyer for our beloved house, but also by holding our hands through the complicated processes of selling and buying a home.

I was recently recommended to Charlotte and her company.After she talked me through the company process and there commitment they would undertake to sell our house ,l knew l was making the right choice .Charlotte has done everything she said she would do ,lve been kept informed on a regular basis of viewings and feedback’s and It didn’t long before we got an offer on our house, less than two weeks. I can't recommend Lauren at The Home Movement enough! From start to finish, she has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Her professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail are second to none, and she makes the entire process smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable! She did such a good job on the photos I didn't recognise my own kitchen at first! She used her knowledge to help us get more viewings when we hit a bit of a slump in the market.

Lauren is slightly more expensive but totally worth it, please do not let that put you off, it could be the difference between selling and not selling. She will be very honest with you and only ever give you her expert advice and never force any decisions on you.

Lauren genuinely listens, offers expert guidance, and takes the time to understand your unique situation. She is incredibly supportive, responsive, and patient, making you feel completely at ease. I would highly recommend Nicola at Home movement her service is outstanding and she gives her clients 110%. We put are house on the market in February 2024 with another high street estate agent the service was poor with little or no feedback, multiple staff doing the viewings, we had problems contacting the person that was dealing with the sale of the house and in 7 months had 9 viewings. We then decided to go with Nicola and the difference in customer care was amazing, Nicola is always available and is 110% dedicated in selling your house, Nicola does all the viewings and knows all the details about the house, immediately giving you feedback and in 3 weeks Nicola had got more people through the door than the previous estate agents and we had two offers and the house sold. It was quite a tricky exchange but with Nicola guiding us and Zoe Watt the solicitor who was also amazing throughout we got there. We can’t thank Nicola enough.
