I haven't received my first shipment yet but I'm hoping that they listened to my warnings about putting enough dry ice in for it to stay frozen as it passes through Phoenix on the way to my house in the much cooler Flagstaff area. I will get back to you. It didn't go through Phoenix but went through a very hot area of California and arrived with all the dry ice melted. It was not enough but fortunately the product was still frozen. I will not order again until next winter. Obviously, the packaging is not going to make it in the summer and $95 for overnight is more than I can afford to spend. I was very happy with the product and I will definitely order again just not until winter.

The speed at which my delivery arrived and of course the quality of the meat.

The order of "Wild Burgers" is my second order from Honest Bison. The burgers arrived earlier than anticipated (Thanks!!) I've been looking forward to trying these varieties as of meat as burgers. The elk burger didn't disappoint, Looking forward to the next!!

I am a first time customer who purchased a pretty large order of elk & venison bones to make my own broth with. This order unfortunately experienced significant delays (about a week has gone by and I still haven’t received an update from the carrier), and an associate from the customer experience team made first contact and emailed me directly asking if I had received the order. I provided the associate with what vague information the carrier had provided me, and without any further question the next email I received was a reshipment at the companies cost. Admittedly, I’m sure this was mostly out of concern for the quality of the product but the fact that a representative was on the case without me having to inquire through support on my own time speaks volumes to me as a first time customer, and bodes confidence that this company cares about my experience.

I am eager to receive the product and work with it, but I felt it necessary to share my experience here since the company took their time & initiative to reach out and reship on their own accord.

Original arrived thawed out due I assume to shipping issue Although not the fault of Honest Bison, the did reach out and offered to replace to their credit, However, over two weeks later, the new steaks have not arrived. Had Valentine dinner planned. $200 later still hoping to try the product.

The quality of the meat is outstanding.

The meat always arrives still frozen unlike other companies. This has made incorporating organ meat into my diet much easier.
