I was disappointed by how long it took to dispatch the pillows and that wasn’t made clear when I ordered.
The pillows are very nice, I would call them soft not medium so maybe should have gone for the firm.

Lovely topper and great service

It's been two months, and I still haven't received my delivery or any replies to my emails. I feel like I've been scammed out of my money.

Gary was excellent, took the time to explain the options. But more importantly the mattresses are the best you can buy, the highest quality bar none and the divan bases & headboards too!
I highly recommend The Hotel Bed Company, but don't take my word for it, book an appointment and go see for yourself..

I'd definitely say that we received the personal touch from Jo and Gary throughout our mattress hunt and eventual purchase. The whole process has been seamless, from initial emails and phone calls through to the delivery. We went for the No. 1 mattress and we honestly haven't slept so well in a long time. No hesitation in recommending.

Since having our matress topper it’s practically impossible for me to get out of bed in a morning as it’s soooo comfortable, I don’t want to leave, if you are considering buying the like down mattress topper don’t hesitate it’s fabulous!

Two month update in to owning our Goose feather and down topper. I was dressing the bed this morning, and gave the topper its daily shake up.
It is so pleasing to see the height/depth of the topper. The topper is still as good as it was two months ago, each pocket of down and feather plumping up, looking like a sea of pillows.😎

I was that impressed that I took a picture of the bed and topper and hurried to post the picture here on Trustpilot. Sadly there’s nowhere to upload pictures to in the review section.

But again, big thanks to Gary and the team for an outstanding product.

Don’t have my delivery, been 2month and still no response to my emails. Robbed my money.

Bed is very comfortable. Delivery within a week and in allotted time slot. Instructions for fitting castors would have been useful.

Would highly recommend this Company, knowledgeable, informative & so helpful.

Beautifully crafted, and straight out of the packaging my wife and I could see this was a slice of heaven. It’s completely transformed our hard and unforgiving mattress. Their guarantee is not something to be sniffed at. Since its arrival we make any excuse to go to bed early ! ☺️

The bed I brought is amazing, very well made, and the best nights sleep I have had in a long time. Great customer services and adjusted delivery to my needs.

Everything from start to finish was great! We didn't realise our appointment would be private but this made it a lovely experience. The team were WONDERFUL in talking us through all the choices and letting us take our time. They were always available over email to answer questions whilst we made our choice and were super helpful in confirming delivery arrangements (as we have a very narrow staircase!). We went for the no.3 dreamer mattress and luxury mattress topper and life hasn't been the same since. An absolute dream!! Couldn't recommend enough.

Took a long time for pillows to arrive (although notice was given). Two of them were a bit disappointing, the third (firm, duck and goose) was good. Had tried these pillows in a hotel and noted how effective they were. A shame that for my order, two of them weren't so good.

Extremely good customer service from Jo, updated all the way throughout, I ordered the wrong size and the exchange was processed quickly and although it took some time for the correct size (which was entirely my fault for misordering) I would rate the service as absoloutely brilliant. The product itself is great and a massive improvement. I purchase the Pure Luxury Goose Down Combination Mattress Topper.

I’ve been trying to reach this company for well over a month now to ask about their mattresses and find out if they’re actually still in business. No response to any messages directly to the website or on fb (the social media hasn’t been updated in a year).

Extremely poor design. The straps that are meant to hold the mattress topper are flimsy, and stupidly placed (too close together over the corner they are meant to hold down). If you have a medium to deep mattress they will NOT hold the topper in place. Very, very sad to see this on such an expensive product. What a rip off.

Moved into a new home, and wanted the highest quality of bedding. So purchased here after seeing all the positive reviews. Let’s just say I wasn’t disappointed! The mattress, the mattress topper, protective bedding and all other bedding materials are a real game changer. It took slightly longer than estimated to arrive, however, the team communicated with me well and let me know it was due to a supply issue and offered many solutions to help the situation. Everything was worth the wait. The only downside is that I now struggle to get out of bed because its so comfortable and I never want to leave it!
